Okay i got two new messages I'll post them in individual posts:

http://www.giulemanidallajuve.com/newsite/udienze.asp
(caldamente consigliata la lettura delle parti 3 e 6)

Su Youtube trovate poi le ultime dichiarazioni spontanee rese:

Scardina: "La macchina 'regalata' è costata 14 mila euro!"

Pairetto: "Sono state dette falsità"

Moggi: "favori pro Juve?"

È online anche la sintesi dell'intervista fatta da Chiambretti a Platini

Didn't see the vids but Auricchio was a guy accusing us but f*cked up at this hearing saying one thing and then another just to fuck us up. One things that pretty funny and simply retarded is that he said they based some of the facts against Juve by reading La Gazzetta and Corriere dello Sport to see what happened in some games Juve are accused of altering the results. So they didn't watch these games and have no people say they $$$ or favours from Juve. Just opionions by some journalist of these papers. He specifically said that Tuttosport was not consulted.

Man this Calciopoli/Farsopoli thing is turning out as a joke at the Napoli trial. Accusers being cornered with their witnesses having contradictory statements and saying their made their investigations by reading newspapers(GdS because they're objective but not TS because their bias) and shit. What a joke man!

You got many I don't knows and maybes too.

This as to end up with full clearing of the defense. There's no other way. Scudetti and $$$ is the MINIMUM we Juve fans deserve in this one. Of course that's if they don't invent another bullshit decision against us.

:xfinger:

It's what we deserve, but is it realistic to actually get those Scudetti back, and get some good cash out of it?

Would be at an excellent time, to rebuild the team over the summer :p

of course it's realistic.

If were found not guilty of any wrong doing, the ammount of money we lost and the titles we lost deserve to be given back.
I'm positive something good will come out but there's always something in the back of my mind saying they won't absolve Moggi and Juve because that would make a joke out of the whole Calciopoli trial but let's hope these judges are impartial.

IF/When they clear Moggi/Juve's name they can start getting back those things we deserve by cancelling the farsopoli decision.

Definitely. Especially to the titles. Thing is how would they determine how much money we should get? I mean we lost a ton in CL revenue, not to mention having to sell some of the top players in the world for less than their full value, the sponsorships those players have and bring with them etc.

This is a big farce.

Edit: I can see them sticking it to us for the same reason also. Just so they don't look like complete fools by acquitting us.

Imagine if we get 80m transfer budget for the summer plus the 220m+ we lost from this fucking scandal.

A 300m budget for the summer Mercato plus two schudetti back would be a great summer indeed for all of us.

In theory and from an E.U. law perspective the potential in settlement terms could be quite large indeed. There's even a possiblity that it could be proven that the removal of Juventus created a monopoly of Inter Milan with regards to marketing etc.

A conservative estimate would be €100million Euro if we count the lost Tv,Cl and Seria A revenue not to mention the damage done to the brand, in fact were it proven that Juventus was innocent of wrondoing then it's highly possible that we'd have to be compesated for every year this situation has been present i.e. four years.

Not gonna happen.

You don't know that. Maybe not to the extent you just mentioned but I am sure we would be massively compensated for the losses we incurred.

I don't see us getting all that much money, if any at all. It all sounds too good to be true, even though it would be what we deserve, as we lost alot over those years.

As I said, the timing would be excellent, for a summer spending spree.

Well if it turns out to be a huge lie then you better believe our lawyers will be out for retrebution immediately. You can't just punish a club like they did to us and have the whole thing turn out to be a false accusation and not pay back what was taken from us.

Well as mark is telling us, it sounds like they really don't have much to go by anymore in terms of proving us guilty. It sounds like a lot of fluff if you ask me. I can't believe they were going off of newspapers and actually admitted it. That should be the courts first red flag in our favor.

Seriously, things are starting to sound better finally. These fickle Italian courts better get their ass into gear because I WOULD LOVE to get some money back this summer.

In all honesty, as quick as the courts decided to banish us into eternity back in 2006 they better keep that quick pace in our repayments.

God speed Juve!
