Irregardless of whether Moggi was guilty or not, he is to blame for our shortcomings because he always put our name in the spotlight, and this ultimately led to calciopoli. Is this what you're saying?

If so, I'm sorry Bozi, but in my opinion when it comes to legal matters as serious as calciopoli, this is an unreasonable arguement. Being painted as a public villain means absolutely nothing. That is nothing more then the work of tabloids and critics whose motives are far from innocent. You need proof to condemn some1.

As for dragging our name through the dirt, I fail to see how Moggi is responsible for this. Moggi did not illegally wiretap his phone, nor did he illegally print private conversations and senationalize them. Moggi did not produce endless slander against Juve (100% of which was pure bullshit), or deny Juventus access to a fair trial which would have proven their innocence.

All these examples brought our club negative attention and dragged Juventus' name through the dirt, but they are not of his doing.

Just my two cents

First, although I'm not a regular member I still visit this thread very oftenly. Let's me sum things up:

There are two trends of thoughts:

1. Ones who claim Juventus was not guilty based on evidence of tapes, players and refs' statements. However, it's obviously not convincing enough to persuade everyone.

2. Ones who claim Juventus was somewhat somehow guilty. However, with other's evidences and statements, they can't deny that there' something fishy in Calciopli.

Now this is my point: you guys are wasting time debating, bashing, name-calling and even swearing. It is crystal clear that we all love Juventus, otherwise we would't bother sign up and talk with each other. People are different so that we love Juve in different ways too. We should respect it and admit none of us is completely right or wrong untill everything is proved.

Moreover, I completely agree with some guys that we must be united. Why don't we spend less time swearing or name-calling; and spend more time supporting and debating in a more mature manner?
