So? Calciopoli was surely harsh on Juventus but what do you expect? An apology, titles back? What happened happened, all we can do is keep our heads held high and move on. Not wanting to drag this out any further does not make them not fans in fact I think its more admirable than bitching about it
top post, what defined Juve, what made them better than every other club in Italy was teh way the club and its fans carried themselves, not bitching, whining and crying foul like Inter and all the other classless clubs.
since calcoploli i see more and more fans who refuse to let this go,it makes me sick to see a portion of our fans constantly blaming everyone but Moggi for our shortcomings. we all knew Moggi was dodgy, whether he is guilty of the charges or not, he dragged the image of our grand club into the gutter. for many of us,this never came as a susprise,in fact we all suspected one day his shady dealings would cripple Juventus, for that i will never forgive him...guilty or not

Juve were first robbed, falsely accused and found guilty, hung, drawn, and then quartered, hung out to dry to be food for the vultures, afterwhich Moggi's head was stuck on the end of a pole on the front of Berlusconi's Mercedes.

Forza Moggi!

Forza Moggi!
And it was Moratti and the Juve owners who did all that, right?

Irregardless of whether Moggi was guilty or not, he is to blame for our shortcomings because he always put our name in the spotlight, and this ultimately led to calciopoli. Is this what you're saying?

If so, I'm sorry Bozi, but in my opinion when it comes to legal matters as serious as calciopoli, this is an unreasonable arguement. Being painted as a public villain means absolutely nothing. That is nothing more then the work of tabloids and critics whose motives are far from innocent. You need proof to condemn some1.

As for dragging our name through the dirt, I fail to see how Moggi is responsible for this. Moggi did not illegally wiretap his phone, nor did he illegally print private conversations and senationalize them. Moggi did not produce endless slander against Juve (100% of which was pure bullshit), or deny Juventus access to a fair trial which would have proven their innocence.

All these examples brought our club negative attention and dragged Juventus' name through the dirt, but they are not of his doing.

Just my two cents

First, although I'm not a regular member I still visit this thread very oftenly. Let's me sum things up:

There are two trends of thoughts:

1. Ones who claim Juventus was not guilty based on evidence of tapes, players and refs' statements. However, it's obviously not convincing enough to persuade everyone.

2. Ones who claim Juventus was somewhat somehow guilty. However, with other's evidences and statements, they can't deny that there' something fishy in Calciopli.

Now this is my point: you guys are wasting time debating, bashing, name-calling and even swearing. It is crystal clear that we all love Juventus, otherwise we would't bother sign up and talk with each other. People are different so that we love Juve in different ways too. We should respect it and admit none of us is completely right or wrong untill everything is proved.

Moreover, I completely agree with some guys that we must be united. Why don't we spend less time swearing or name-calling; and spend more time supporting and debating in a more mature manner?

Cool down guys, showing respect is needed:bigscarf:

Ill openly admit that i enjoyed celebrating those scudetto's,even with Moggi's help.:snoop:
It was difficult to celebrate that last Scudetto win after beating Reggina, especially with Paddy Agnew, practically on the verge of tears, cracking, "There it is! The cheaters win again! The cheaters win again! A bought Scudetto..."

I was playing against an Italian Inter fan in Fifa 10. and he told me that we only won 17 schuetto that the other 10 were bought. and I replied "Inter will always envy our glory and you will always be inter merda para sempre". The only italian words that I know.:D
