If the referee's are being cleared then Moggi by default gets cleared, no? Also you mentioned about the European courts possibly rewarding us our scudetti back, is there an ongoing case about this or what?
yes but I don't known when a decision will be taken

But even if all the refs are cleared, will it change anything since it's already stated by the FIGC that no Juve matches were fixed ?

Weren't we relegated for something else that had nothing to do with fixing matches with referees help ?
yeah, we were relegated for being too good.

anyway,

- Paparesta said Moggi didn't lock him in his room.
- De Sanctis said Moggi never told him to do anything.
- It's been proven the ref draw wasn't fixed
- We're having refs cleared almost every week.

now who in his right mind wouldn't acquit Juve of any charge against them after all this shit? yeah, a guy like Guido Rossi or something but that would look so fuckin' stupid after everybody got acquitted.

Bring back those fucking scudetti and mucho dinero motherfuckers!

Perhaps Juve being acquitted is the next step ? Everything leans towards that.

The main job is already done. New powers took over the Italian football, the Juve board has been changed. Giving the scudetti back to Juve won't change much. They can actually give us the scudetti back.

On second thought, i doubt it. They can't just say "we made a mistake" and make us stay calm by giving us the scudetti back.
Or can they ?

Damn, this shit is so confusing

well it would be wrong if they admit that they were wrong about the refs but not about juve. because right now they are admitting no match fixing occured whicch in turn means juve are innocent thus meaning we should get our scudetti back. if we dont get them back we should complain. i think we deserve our scudetti back as well as compensation for losing money and sponsors by going down to serie b

Ya but the European appeal is for unlawful trial and the objective is to overturn the verdict. If so our titles come back and so does a lot of money.

It hasn't begun yet but will later this year (possibly late spring).

By the way Moggi's appeal was in Rome and the Telecom trial is in Milan, not Napoli (thankfully).

Alen it's not them admitting "we made a mistake"", it's a higher court stating "you fucked up and I'm acquitting them".

It's taking a long time because real trials don't open and close in 22 days.

Plus we are talking about Italy. You get your Monday paper on Thursday of the following week in Italy.

I have a feeling that the European appeal will run a little smoother.

Letter For Juve With Bullet Inside

It seems as if some people have lost patience with Juventus after an envelope with reference to the club was found containing a bullet at La Gazzetta Dello Sport headquarters.

The packet contained the ammunition and a letter directed at the Juventus board with threats and it was signed, “A group of Bianconeri fans”.

The letter had references to Guido Rossi who was at the helm of the Italian Football Federation when Juventus were demoted to Serie B following their part in Calciopoli. The sour note also made a reference to IFIL, a financial agency which has control over the Turin based club.

Juventus host Napoli on Sunday night and no doubt this is a distraction which the club doesn’t need at this delicate stage of the season.

This is not the first time that such an incident has happened in Serie A. Earlier this season a similar letter was sent to Milanello, Milan’s training ground, in that particular case police also found a bullet as well as a letter directed at the club’s officials.

It’s not uncommon to hear about such disgraceful incidents at Italian clubs. The Ultras — or hardcore fans — have become infamous for getting their message across in such shocking and extreme ways.

this people are not fans. they are stupid hooligans that give a bad name to Italian football. its because of these fuckers Italian football isn't at the prestige it was before. i would love to know what they want to achieve from this. it is a disgrace that they call themselves bianconeri. if they were fans they would be supporting the team not sending empty threats. assholes....

    It's likely bullshit.

The letter went to La Gazzetta rather than to Juventus headquarters directly. I don't see the logic. Why not threaten Juve's managers by mailing the letter directly to the intended recipients?

If the Ultras were behind it though...good. They can start shooting those bullets at the managers as far as I'm concerned.

The fact that it was sent to Gazetta rather than the club suggests the folk were more interested in publicity than really trying to scare anyone.

Or it may be BS, as you, say. Slow news day so Gazetta decide to kill two birds with one stone and create a story and try to unsettle Juventus at the same time.

That's so messed up. Why is it that Goal is carrying that report and not any other source? Last time I've checked it wasn't on Channel 4 or even Reuters
