Ya but the European appeal is for unlawful trial and the objective is to overturn the verdict. If so our titles come back and so does a lot of money.
It hasn't begun yet but will later this year (possibly late spring).
By the way Moggi's appeal was in Rome and the Telecom trial is in Milan, not Napoli (thankfully).

It seems as if some people have lost patience with Juventus after an envelope with reference to the club was found containing a bullet at La Gazzetta Dello Sport headquarters.
The packet contained the ammunition and a letter directed at the Juventus board with threats and it was signed, “A group of Bianconeri fans”.
The letter had references to Guido Rossi who was at the helm of the Italian Football Federation when Juventus were demoted to Serie B following their part in Calciopoli. The sour note also made a reference to IFIL, a financial agency which has control over the Turin based club.
Juventus host Napoli on Sunday night and no doubt this is a distraction which the club doesn’t need at this delicate stage of the season.
This is not the first time that such an incident has happened in Serie A. Earlier this season a similar letter was sent to Milanello, Milan’s training ground, in that particular case police also found a bullet as well as a letter directed at the club’s officials.
It’s not uncommon to hear about such disgraceful incidents at Italian clubs. The Ultras — or hardcore fans — have become infamous for getting their message across in such shocking and extreme ways.

The letter went to La Gazzetta rather than to Juventus headquarters directly. I don't see the logic. Why not threaten Juve's managers by mailing the letter directly to the intended recipients?
If the Ultras were behind it though...good. They can start shooting those bullets at the managers as far as I'm concerned.

The fact that it was sent to Gazetta rather than the club suggests the folk were more interested in publicity than really trying to scare anyone.
Or it may be BS, as you, say. Slow news day so Gazetta decide to kill two birds with one stone and create a story and try to unsettle Juventus at the same time.
