Listen guys, there is something you are all forgetting... this whole farce gained momentum when Gazzetta Dello Sport started printing the selective Juventus transcripts illegally in their shit paper.

A year before the allegations were thrown out of court. But as soon as the media gets on it and public opinion gets behind something then things change...

Just like the FIGC back dated the new rule that talking to ref designators was now illegal but decided Juventus doing it before the rule was created was punishable.

The statute of limitations rule was changed also in 2007 to 8 years... did you guys know that?

That means if the FIGC really wanted to, if there was enough pressure put on them by the public and the media then they could theoretically back date it to 2006... then it would be Inter in Serie B or C, Milan in Serie B etc. etc.

GSOL are you in agreement here? This for me is the only way things will happen. And do you know who pointed this rule change out last week? one of the 3 'Saggi' that originally ruled on the 2006 investigation!!!
Good point...in another country. Telecom sponsors the FIGC. They might change rules to fuck us but they won't bite the hand that feeds them. Stop looking fir justice in a country where none exists and be happy that the truth came out.

so the truth came out, but will we ever get a pardon or appology? no and thats what disappoints me the most, fans outside Italy will never know nor care about this, they will always brand Juve as cheats, and inter as 'champions'

Such as? Multiple article 1 violations or other articles too?

And those three matches in the first post (Lecce/Parma, Ju/Udi and Ju/Samp)? Did they really enter in our final sentence? Because just the first is reasonable (but not enough) to use in courts against us.
The games were part of the final sentence in 2006 and were discreditted in Naples. The scores and player lineups were wrong (i.e. Moggi had Udinese guys suspended that in reality played against us, Juve beat Samp 1-0 when in reality we lost by that score). Lecce-Parma was De Santis' problem not ours. In any case they were mentioned as suspicious but even in 2006 they never took a firm stance in calling the matches fixed.

Not too bothered if the Scudetto is revoked. It never felt like ours anyway. We weren't relegated and won 4 Scudetti after it, taking it away now achieves very little.
you missed the point cocksucker...you guys are cheaters. Serie B or not.

Well, in my view, talking to referee designators is a corrupt action, suspicious at least, and I don't like it in my club... but if the law allowed it by the date, then I see no fucking reason for our relegation.

If they changed the law to suit our relegation and after they archived the proccess find guilty in Inter, then it's all very clear to me, too.

Did Milan also talk with ref designators too? Inter did, second the last Palazzi story, right?

Yet he has reasons to laugh, because for the world of football we remain the cheaters and probably will, no matter what. For those who don't go outside the box and eat everything they read, at least.

Too little, too late. I will admit I am happy to finally see someone just come out and confirm what we have all known for the past five years. Inter were more guilty than us and deserved a much larger punishment. I cant believe that yellow toothed piece of shit Moratti got away with all of this. This fucking cunt has single handedly destroyed the reputation and quality of Italian football perhaps beyond repair.

And another thing, besides the FIGC revoking Inter of their "honest Scudetto" on the 18th July, I can't see the anything else coming out of this.

Seriously fuck the FIGC and fuck the Italian sporting courts and judicial system. What a fucking corrupt hellhole that place is.

that's a big true.. man am suffering from this painful feeling every time i say am a juventini.. but u know what?! fuck em. we need to win Seria A at least to make up for this bad image. as for Inter maybe they will strip the titles away from them but remains a maybe.

    Do you have any names?

Btw, talking to referee designators shouldn't be considered as a violation of article 6? Or the conversations had no evidences of match fixing? I'm just seeking for the whole picture, sorry if I'm being a bit skeptical.

You are enthusiastic but way too optmistic. I have been following this thing since the day it happened and I wish I didn't. It really opened my eyes. We are nothing and the system is corrupt.

As far as I'm concerned the team's management have plenty of money if they want to invest in us. They don't because Ferrari is more important to them which tells me that even if we did get a big payout it would sooner result in more F1 titles before Scudetti.

The team won 29 titles whether the league and or other fans want to accept it so they can give them back, keep them, shove them up their ass or hand them to Chievo for all I care...they are ours.

Bottom line, we didn't cheat. Others did. We know that now. We paid because our managers were pussy farts and our boys were men enough to deal with it (players and fans) and we are still here.

When people call us cheats the guys like us know how to respond. That's about it. I am plenty content just knowing that I was right and A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE INCLUDING PEOPLE HERE were wrong.

I am through however expecting “justice”. That isn’t part of Italy. There it’s money, power, and that’s it.
If/when Moggi gets absolved in Naples I will send the whole football world one giant middle finger and call it a day.
apologies if you have already covered this, mate...and i add my gratitude to the thanks of many others, for your explanations. I have but one question:

Andrea Agnelli spoke out about this matter recently. Is he not going to look like a weak and pointless president if he says he believes the titles were OURS, and he wants to get them back...then this FIGC lawyer palazzi chap basically says we comitted some article 1 misdemeanours, nothing to do with matchfixing, and Milan and Inter (and others) committed article 6 violations, which should have led to relegation...and Andrea says what now??? just goes quiet???? John has already made Andrea accept that he can't do a thing??? if so, why speak to the fans and say he wanted to get our titles back???? So..my question is What can Andrea do? or are his hands tied very tightly indeed by John Elkann, who decided long ago that we were NOT going to pursue justice because of our financial dealings with some of the very Kunts who put us down in 2006???
