Exactly, if she is really that impartial then I wish other judges would use her as an example. If she is fair then she is not bad for us at all and that might be why it is the prosecution that wants her removed and not the defense.

She's a bitch. I wasn't kidding. That's it. They are claiming that her character makes it difficult to work with her. It is a very weak argument.

They are also stating that she is not giving the trial the proper importance which will be difficult to prove as she never rushed the process and allowed new evidence from both parties on several occasions.

I see, that is good for us then. I just don't understand how it's even possible to get rid of a judge because she (or he) is mean. Here judges are some of the most powerful and influential people, no way would a judge ever get pushed around here. The law is the law and hopefully she sticks to her oath to uphold it.

What are the chances do you think Gsol of her actually getting replaced? Who is stating that she isn't giving the trial the proper importance because i don't see Moggi's team saying that? And if it is the prosecution saying this then they are barking up the wrong tree.

The prosecution made the motion. As for the odds...I don't know. In a normal country I'd say 0% but this is Italy. We'll find out in a month I guess.

I think they are trying to pressure her into resigning from her position. Though I wouldn't be shocked I find it hard to believe that her colleagues would remove her given the record she’s got. Apparently she doesn't have a single negative smudge in her 30 years of practicing law. That should say something of her integrity.

The douchebags want her to resign because she doesn't follow football and knows nothing about how apparently Moggi controlled Serie A pre 2006. She is getting her facts by listening to witnesses and hearing all the taped phone conversations which didn't happen in 2006. They are scared because all the things that they said Moggi did which got us relegated never happened but the other presidents were doing

That lack of knowledge of football is exactly why she is an ideal judge for the case.

Judges should only consider evidence placed in front of them, as appears to be happening in this case. They shouldn't be basing judgements on rumour, hearsay or any preconceptions they have (which is exactly what would happen if a football fan was judging this case).

Exactly. That's what I was saying. She took an oath to uphold the law, and she better honor that oath. Nice 30 year run she has going on...hopefully she keeps it going through the summer. :tuttosport:

I agree and which is why I think they are freaking out. They know she is clueless and with the mountain of evidence that is in front of her showing our innocence and the others stupidity they know she is going to make the right decision. That scares them. If I was the bad guy in a case like this with a judge as honest and true as they claim she is, I would be shitting my pants.
Official: Judge Casoria will continue to preside the calciopoli trial!
    Hell yeah!
