That motherf*cker Moratti must be spending millions of Euros in bribes trying to de-rail this trial after he pressured for it to happen! It has probably cost millions of Euros from public coffers so far and now they want a mistrial. I am so f*cking angry!!!

I would beat the shit out of that c*nt if I ever met him face to face! If this all gets swept under the carpet then Juve should pull out of Serie A... I am deadly serious... they should walk away in protest unless the Federation sort it out once and for all...

I would rather they made the ultimate stand rather than participate in this farce that Italian football has become...

We just have to wait for May 20th to see what they do with the judge. Moggi and cie are pretty confident the trial will continue and that a decision will be made in June/July.

So we could possibly lose a judge 1 month before the verdict could come out? :shifty:

Scheissty stuff right there.

I know you guys want updates but there is pretty much nothing to say. This is the first time I have ever heard of 3 separate attempts to remove the judge from a trial in Italy and the amazing thing is that all 3 came from the prosecution. Casoria herself said “it appears as though the accused are the only parties interested in hearing a verdict”.

    Why?

She’s a bitch that’s why. That’s literally the reason. Her character is too brash according to those who stepped forward and she is not giving the trial the appropriate attention because she was quoted saying that “there are more important trials than this”. I agree with her. This trial is ridiculous. She never acted improperly though. To remove a judge something like a conflict of interest or an improper maneuver must be proven. She is guilty of neither.

Maybe the problem is that she is fair and uninterested in calcio, maybe the fact that she doesn’t give a shit about Juve, or Inter or any team and never worked for Telecom, Pirelli, the FIGC etc. makes her too impartial and the prosecution is upset about how permissive she was regarding all the new wire taps she allowed the defense to present. She was fair though. When the prosecutors requested 9 witnesses be permitted to testify she allowed them. The fact that their testimonials were suicide (Facchetti’s stupid kid for instance) wasn’t her fault.

A part of me thinks that this will be seen for what it is and the stall tactic won’t work but, I think the prosecution knows it is beaten and will likely resort to some other stall tactic in order to force the mistrial.

So because she isn't biased one way or the other would be bad for us? That doesn't make any sense at all, I thought that is what we would have wanted...someone who is just there to take the facts as they see it and make the right decision at the end. Any judge in the world doesn't have to care about soccer at all, but do their job in making the right decision at the end depending on the evidence given.

I think he means bad for those cunts (Moratti, Inter, Pirelli, TIM et al) as it has been shown as ridiculous to think Moggi is guilty of any the allegations...

If we get to a verdict (I fucking hope we do...) and it goes Moggi's way as in 'NOT GUILTY' then those aforementioned cunts, the FIGC, Guido 'fuckhead' Rossi, Auricchio will be shitting their pants!

Then hopefully Andrea Agnelli will finally show us he has the balls his family name deserves and start to sue the shit out of all the motherfuckers!!! Or at least threaten to, to get back the Scudetti and some serious loss of fucking earnings!
