oh come on, its 160m over 10 years. sure, it is a loss, but well get money from tv next season, also new shirt sponsorship, which wont be peanuts as well. sure, a bit of a blow in this rather delicate situation, but its not as if we were dependant on tamoil money.

160m pounds yes, 230 million euro's isn't peanuts. Over ten years, 23 million euro's a year for transfers is a big miss.

Of course we'll manage, but it's going to make quite a difference.

It sound like one less Viera & Ibra every summer to me. From that perspective, loosing a sponsorship deal doesnt sound half as bad.:D .

BTW, if we didnt get relegated I have a feeling Moggi would have bought C.Ronaldo or Mancini in place of Camo, or Nedved. You know I have a feeling Camo is still here because of Calciopoli scandal.:p

I dont like the fact of who are sponsor is/was, and I dont like their logo either....but that is a pretty big chunk of money

Any major company looking for advertising within Italy will jump at the chance to be the shirt sponsor starting next season (especially if we get our asses out of B)

Juve is the number one fan supported team in Italy, so I am expecting some company to splash some money down for the opportunity

Nike cut our money by 30% ??

I say fuck them, and re-sign with KAPPA starting next season !!!:agree:

thats the thing. this is JUVENTUS. sure, the new deal might now get that amount of cash we had with tamoil, but it would be tens of millions id think.

waaaay too much money involved these days
not neccesarily though.. lazio played without a sponsor, so do roma. having a sponsor has more to do with the tightness of the board. even when they can do without one, they try to squeeze every available penny from anything. but in current situation we need the cash sponsorship could offer, but i think we could do without one say in three years.

Barca played without a sponser for thier whole history and they seemed not to be bothered financially. between i think Tamoil had the thing with our older managment and to be honest i think we could do better. i expect a new deal by March

Have to wait and see who the new sponsor is and how much they put up before can tell if it is a loss.

Is this not the company Gadaffi has a big share in? Is this likely to be linked with him reportedly going to sell his stake in juve?

Think although money is a big issue it is another good chance to coninue the reimaging of juve and not being pally with guys who support terrorism would be a good thing generally.
