tamoil was the best sponsor deal in the world of football (i remember to have read that)...

and yeah there is no problem finding a new sponsor, but its gonna be a very very big problem to buy the star players we want to in the summer! and even a bigger problem to keep the ones we got now!!!
only an abromovich type will save us.. i hope there will be one, but not russain, someone from the agnelli family i hope.!!
tamoil deal was great, no doubt about it, but lets be realistic who here expected that deal to remain the same after the calciopolli? the deal has collapsed and probably because tamoil offered a significant decrease while our board thought it can get a better one with some other sponsor. we're not dead and burried, this was probably expected by our board.

Let's hope the board handles this situation better than the calciopoli trial, the speaking to the press, the Neddy appeal...But I have faith. :D There's no one else to do the job.

This sucks, we had the biggest sponsership deal in the history of football. Now our plans to go back to top class football is gonna be seveirly damaged.

Buffon, Trez, Camo are all gonna be gone. No Macherano, no Klose, no Givet.

At least we'll have a better looking jersey next season.

Press Release

The talks held between Juventus and Oilinvest, started at the time of the termination of the sponsorship contract as notified by Oilinvest on the 6th September 2006, have come to an end without an agreement being reached.

The team shirt will continue to bear the Tamoil logo until the end of the current season. The partnership between Juventus and Oilinvest has therefore reached a definitive conclusion, and the club would like to thank Oilinvest for its valued cooperation over the years.

What could they do about Nedved?

They appealed twice, it´s not their fault.

Stop talking crap! :(

metalhead, cheer up man, don't be naive. if the club's balance really hanged only because of this deal than all our stars would have left already.

Ok so Tamoil are being tight with there money. But we are Juventus and we WILL make them regret this If/When we get back to the bigtime and the investors will come flocking in. Tamoil your Logo sucked anyway it degraded the look of our sacred shirt. Im sure we'll get a decent enough sponsor come next season.

I hope so, but the 160m in lost revenue would have been great help. That said, I think we could replace the majority of it with a new deal.

I think we should Barca, and volunteer to sponsor for Altruistic Aid Organization. We will loose a bit of money sure, but at this moment of time I highly doubt whether it is possible for us to attract a sponsorship deal which reflect our true value. By sponsoring institutions such as Red Cross for free, I feel we can do a lot to improve the image of our club, and gain publicity as Barca did this year.

Oh yeah, your right. I just remembered seeing it on the news around last month. Well I'll rephrase "the biggest sponsership untill Madrid topped ours."

Barca has a lot of $$$, so she can doing these kind of thing to imporve her image.
But we are in need of $$ now, we have to buy players and keep the stars.
