Actually, I feel bad for him because I know how its like to get caught when youre drunk (in America). I wasnt driving, but it really sucks to get caught being drunk and then having to face the consecuences and you cant say anything to defend yourself, because there is no excuse for underage drinking (and driving, in his case)

Hes going to get suspended from driving, big deal. Hes fault for being so selfish. He dosent deserve to drive.

I find it hard to believe he is still in jail unless he crashed or something. What are they holding him for?

I'm not sure but I know he's still in the county jail. When I called they did not say much but it sounded like he caused an accident. Not sure if there were injuries or anything.
