only reason is if they think andrade wont be ready to do much next season, and even so, get someone solid and young. go for zapata, even kompany. both better than burdisso anyway.

I do not rate burdisso... but don't forget he's a fully fledged argentina international so going as far as livorno and empoli is a bit silly but i agree he is not what we are looking for... he wouldn't be an improvement... i am going to say no more in this pointless thread.

All of us watched Inter a lot this season and we've seen how bad this guy is. And it's not like he had an off season because he was always like this.

That's why i could never understand how can a player like Burdisso play for one of the better European clubs and be a regular for Argentina (at the WC 2006 and Coppa America 2007) under both Pekerman and Basile.

What is it the coaches see in him that none of us can see ?
I think he's a bad defender and i'd never forgive our directors if they buy such a clumsy defender. But there must be some qualities he posses that are visable to the eye of an expert. What the fuck these qualities are ?
