Tore ankle ligaments for Hernandez , 2 months of absence. The numbers of serious injuries in recent years are impressive in this club: Neuer, Alaba, Boateng, Sule, Hernandez, Tolisso, Javi Martinez, Thiago, Tolisso, Coman.

As long as Lewandowski isnt in this list, they‘re fine.

Lewandowski now at 18 goals in 13 games this season for Bayern. His current Bundesliga record is 12 in 8.

Immobile and Aguero are the only other players in Europe's top 4 leagues with a positive goal ratio. Though their ratios are smaller.

Aguero has 10 in 10 for the season as a whole and 8 in 8 in league play.

Immobile has 13 in 12 for the season as a whole and 9 in 8 in league play.

I expect Aguero and Immobile to fall off as the season progresses; however, unless Lewa goes on a horrible streak it seems like he will join the prestigious positive ratio club.

19 goals in 14 overall for Lewandowski this season. 13 in 9 within the Bundesliga thus far. Pretty sure he's also set a new record as the first player to score in the first 9 games of a Bundesliga season.

Umm, no?

Clearly not as consistent as he's now.
Not world class before Kovac? Just lol

Under Pep he definitely was just as consistent in the 15-16 season there he had the season of his life, although he could have an even better season this year if he keeps up, that I agree with

Lewandowski is best striker in world right now, for sure. But also one of 3 best players overall in world right now, this season.

Simple.
