So Higuain sold for 36M (not going to happen) Khedira 10M - Who will buy him exactly? Cuadrado for 15M keep him.. Rugani would fetch at least 40M while I believe we can get more for Mandzukic as otherwise I rather keep him..
Transfers in are ok although SMS is rumored for 90M.

I want us to sell Pjanic for 100M and get SMS and Ndombele/Kante (since Pogba wouldnt be brought with SMS..) as for our attack I think Dybala is a gonner so lets go for J.Felix
We can play 4-3-1-2 with Ramsey behind the forwards / SMS behind the forwards with J.Felix and Ronaldo scoring for fun (and J.Felix can learn from Ronaldo)

I dont think there is such a clause.. I know they have an option for 36M or another loan for 18M and both are options.. I hope you are right but I really dont think such a clause exists..

If Pep is coming it means Bonucci could get some credit as he is a technical defender while Ramsey and a star CM will start.
Pjanic is too soft for Pep IMO so I expect him to be sold - If we do get SMS I expect someone like Ndombele to sign as well.
D.Costa sounds exactly like the Pep type of player so I expect him to remain as for the right side Bernardeschi will rotate - The question is who would Pep like here - Right now I see Chiesa as the most probable RW position rotating with Bernardeschi and playing with Bernardeschi when possible.

Despite Dybala compatible with Pep I do think he will leave as I think both the club and player feel that parting ways is the best thing to do
Who will replace Dybala - J.Felix could replace him but then again we might go for a player who plays more on the wings..

Another option is that Ronaldo will not be a CF on this formation which means he is on the wing with D.Costa most probably which leaves the door open to Dybala (unlikely) J.Felix and will also have more space for Kean

No, this is speculation. Could be imo, Pep likes this player a lot.

About Gundogan: 1 year contract left, so fee could be affordable, very injuryprone (considering we already got Ramsey, it's maybe too risky)

A transfer could mean, that we sell Pjanic and use the plusvalenza for a bigger shot like Pogba... but all in all:
