I imagine Salihamidzic and Nocerino to make him frustrated with such crappy passing :)

he is good and I think no one is doubting that but the question is, would juve be a good match for him?
That's the debate. But if we do have the chance to sign him for a decent sum, then this chance should not be passed. If we really plan on challenging for titles then we have to take risks.

yeah twice a year against madrid
Ronaldinho is the only player I have known in recent memory that destroyed Real Madrid so badly in the Santiago Bernabéu, that when he was substituted, the Real Madrid fans (80,000) gave him a standing ovation. Tell me, how many times this season have rival fans give our players standing ovations for their performances?

He would cost a 30-40 million euro's, plus wages we probably cant afford atm.

We could sign 2-3 good players for that amount, and the team would be much more complete.

No doubting his quality though.

Would be our first world-class-eye-catching signing since Nedved actually.
Someone like him would be the true successor of Neddie, like he was the successor of Zidane. One ballon d'or winner succeeding the other is how it should be.

Or am I just whistling dixie right now?

Why are people worried about the transfer fee? This transfer would pay itself off from the shirt sales, new fans, and sponsorship deals.

not against inter... moratti's boyfriend will be jealous
;) That is true.

But I do not think that Ronaldinho is 40 mln. Euros material. No doubt of his qualities, but he would go for less. The thing with him is his wage:
we have the following options (more or less)
1.~5 Mln. Euros - no TV,Ad rights
2.~8 Mln.Eur - 50% of the media rights and profits
3.~10-12mln. - 100% ownership
Now I wouldn't bet money on it, but there is a good chance for Nike to sponsor this movement. This is the advantage we hold against AC Milan, and a very important part of the picture. See - Ronaldinho is almost free to hold. If you own him 100%(option 3) and you play him regularly(given you are in CL) the profits from media rights and advertising would pay his salary anyhow. The only question is if he does not perform as expected. Then we are stuck and we lack a lot of cash for the next 4-5 season (till we sell him or the contract expires). That is what is currently happening in Barcelona - they have a good youth team strategy, but also a lot of players with huge media presence (aka 'stars' :) ) so if they could they would be playing with 12 players just for the media. The problem is they already have 6 players in attack - there is simply no one to defend.
Here we step in - we are always known for our defence tactics. Add the spice of Ronaldihno left upfront to build up the game and open spaces - and we are turning into a real champions squad.
I would say that if Ronnie hits back form and we move for an option close to 2 - we could afford the salary and the transfer price (which I believe would be in the 25mln. euros range (more or LESS) ) cause he has a huge salary atm and he is making no ads return (or quickly declining). Have you been soon to a nike store? ;)
Never say never I would add. If Inter are not in the game we hold the Nike-team advantage and more important we are Juventus, so Ronnie is never too far away. Saying that I do not consider him being an Adidas model - since he has already the R10 series and our captain won't be very happy since he still has an adidas contract.
Forza Juve

Ronaldinho would be even more of a bet than Cassano. Enough said.
Nah.Cassano and Ronaldinho are two seperate cases.Ronaldinho was the best player in the world a few years ago.He has shown that he can deliver on the big stage. No,he isnt a choker.People will bring out the 2006 WC finals to prove that he's a choker, yet they'd conveninently forget the seasons when Barcelona won the CL and the La Liga,or the season where Ronaldinho played a masive role in taking Barcelona within contention of the league title in the 2003/04 season if i remember correctly. They won 10 straight games in line that season.People will also forget the 2002 finals, where Ronaldinho was introduced to the world. He just needs a new team, thats it.Im sure everyone talking against him would be cursing themselves when Milan sign him this summer as Kaka moves to Madrid..as Ronaldinho rediscovers his form and Kaka goes on the downslide.
