Perfect for clubs looking for talent at a discount. 10m for a guy like Reynolds...man. He’s probably gonna be worth at least four times that in a couple years. There are a couple of other younger Americans already in Europe that should make their mark on a larger scale soon as well. I thought Tyler Adams would’ve been a good target, for example.
Tyler is a Swiss Army knife

More versatile than Wes (wb, dm, cb) and I think he’s better at this stage in BuLi than Wes was at Schalke. Not sure if he’s true b2b like Wes but both are distinct

That makes sense. However, my point still stands that he’s more of a project than a ready made starter. Don’t want people getting crazy expectations:D
True. He is coming from what seems to be just a half a season as starter in MLS, so definitely people shouldn't expect too much. But he will get to play in Serie A so will be interesting to follow his progress.

He’s pretty versatile but I like in a more holding role .

I know nothing about him so I cannot say, but clubs can't even buy a sandwich for €10M these days. Even if he doesn't work out, we'll probably make a small amount of money on a sale. I'd love Adams here, even if just to have more energy in midfield.
The Union have sent a couple of products overseas this season as well.
NYCFC are only 7 years old and have already sent Reyna and soon Scally for a potentially record fee. I hope Sands (if he could stay healthy) and Haak can make that next step up too.

It’s a pretty incredible crop of players developed over the last five years or so

True, he’s not Canadian, we can’t expect him to hit the ground running like Davies. :costa:
