and yesterday evening, i told the girl ( she and I are good friend, but i love her...)
about giving her MSN to my friend, and i can't believe that she told me she also saw that boy in a restaurant ( so they actually met each other at the same time, but just can't remember each other immediately)

the girl then asked me to give my friend's MSN to her
so now the situation is they seem getting close quickly...

As fender explained his problem with his girl, it seems he is sure about his feelings towards her...so I think you should talk to her frankly about your feelings!
If you dont do so, she may think that you consider her as a good friend not more and then she may get attracted to your friend!!!

What Ahmed said is true. Besides that, never never never show her that you're jealous (trust me in this).... just play your role normally, you can show her that you like her but not love her, keep your love feeling inside you.

Anyway, If your friend knew that you like this girl and he wants to be with her, then you shouldn't really be as close to him as before. Be normal, nothing more.
