Yes, I am not in the business of helping republics break away, not in the business of providing military help, and I do not have a standing army. However, if you get arrested by the local police, you can try me.

Also, you are right, I never came to your country, but some of my friends in the U.S. Army did. they were stationed in Bosnia for over a year, so I guess the Americans were there. Did you ask them for help when they were there? Did they give you any help? Were the Americans as useless as the rest of the U.N. Peacekeepers, in your humble opinion?
