It will be worth it to have another striker, but I wouldn't have sent Brighi on loan, why not just sell them tacchinardi?
thing is parma and many other clubs see brighi as the next big thing and tacchi isn't that big anymore.

Easier said than done , we can't sell them the player we want .. we could only sell the players they are interested in ;)

Yeah, but selling even half of Brighi for Di vaio is stupid. I'm sure that there are other players on the squad who are expendable like Tacch, or Iuliano, or Zanchi. Or some combination of them and money. There has to be a better way.

From Brighi's point of view, i guess he will probably play more games in Parma than he might have at Juve, bit i believe Parma will struggle this season and from an international point of view , his prospects will suffer as Nt managers always have a bias for big clubs and pick players from there, wrongly imo

Brighi as long as he plays regularly at any club, will be happy i think, but I am sure he would have been happier proving himself at Juve as he has said so lots of times , he would like to prove himself at Juve.

They must do this inorder to install any kind of consistancy in the NT.

A good NT is one where the starting 11 only changes by 2-3 players every year.

Italy always has problems with this since the press is always looking at it from 10 different angles.

And on the whole suggesting 100 players for the NT every year.

When Sacchi coached the NT was Milan and Juve based. WHen Maldini coached it was the same.

IN todays Italy the Nationals are much more spread out. Altough INter, AC and Juve are beginning to get things back on track.

But When Trap last year said that he will base his NT on the Rome clubs and not solely on the Milan and Turin clubs it was the dumbest move.

But lets face it the old man has gone senile..........

as for thinking Brighi looks good I think he is one of the current most good looking players on the team. My Friends think he is the most.

I didn't really like that image of him (in the thread) so I am attaching one here instead......
