First of all, we're talking about spraypaint here. Why would Jesse, Lydia or Hank even resort to such stuff? It just doesn't fit their persona. Using spraypaint is something teenage kids are more inclined to do. Yea, the same ones who were skateboarding at the pool area. I think that Walt's secret has been made public, and that is why everyone knows about his place, and that is why Carol was so afraid of seeing him.
