Definetly Corluka over Ivanovic. Younger and not to mention more proven and experienced. I haven't seen Ivanovic play so I won't go as far as to claim Corluka is better, but he probably is. I can't believe City are selling him, easily one of the top RB in the world.
Yeah, the only reason I see him joining Spurs is because of Luka.

Eboue
Sergio Ramos
Miguel
Javier Zanetti
Oddo
Rafinha
....
Ramos, yes, and out of the list he's the only player similar to Corluka. The other ones? Hardly the same types of players, they're all full-backs with very attacking mentality. Zanetti is great but he's not what he used to be. Oddo, Rafinha, Miguel? You've gotta be freaking kidding me. You've obviously never seen Corluka play.

I like offensive full-backs, thats why I posted them. I have seen Corluka at the Euro. I know its not enough to judge him, but I know, that the Croatians like to overrate their players. Thats why I had to dissagree!

Hmm..OK, that seems to be the general consensus of (ignorant) people nowadays. I wonder why no one saying such things about 3 years ago, when we were in a transition period and really lacked quality. It's not a coincedence 3 years ago our players were being sold primarily to weaker leauges, like Ukraine and Russia. Look back on the past season; Eduardo to Arsenal, Corluka to Man City, Modric to Tottenham, Kranjcar to Portsmouth; all top clubs and for top money I might add. Next in line is Rakitic and trust me he will go to a strong club.

We have fucking good, young, players who have grown and experienced tough competions now. No one is overrating anyone, they are JUST THAT GOOD!

Another thing, I don't consider it much of an achievement personaly, but some do. Croatia is currently ranked #5 on FIFA's list, ahead of the likes like Argentina and Brazil. I guess the whole world is overrating us and our overrated players.

you may think that but having read a lot of vlatko's posts you can take my word and most other peoples words that he doesn't overrate the croatian players, infact he possibly underrates them.

Corluka is a brilliant right back. And i would actually say he is in the top 5 in the world, the only right backs IMO that are better than him are: Dani Alves, Sagna (people may disagree with this but he is pure class) and Maicon. If this guy is available he would be IDEAL as he is also a good centreback

dude, keep cool! I have about 1000 croatian friends and I always joke with them, cause everytime they tell me something about a new player from croatia its like "in a few years he will be at Real" and they start to praise him.
As I said, I haven't seen enough of Corluka, but I really don't think he is at the top 5 of the rb's in the world. Not yet.... (what goes to nearly all of the young Croatians....)

Agreed we actually need RB and i thought Corluka is not for sale in City
but see Tottenham offering him...
We must go after him too

Is Tottenham already have Hutton as RB
Hutton is great RB too...Why Juande Ramos need to buy another RB again??

We are going of topic, Juve is not interested on Corluka and we dont need another RB, we rather need a LB
We more need RB than LB

De Ceglie and Molinaro still young and improving
Although Molinaro not very good defense ability, he still has pace, stamina, and determination when play to go forward...De Ceglie is talented

On right Zebina and Grygera stuck and i think won't improve again
Zebina is lazy and made mistake a lot
Grygera also not very great as RB

as much as i dislike zebine he is one of the better Rb in the league when he plays, our MAJOR problem is at LB as molinaro is not good enough defensively, not good enough offensively, his distribution is poor, his tackling is weak and he has no tactical awareness
