..

I dont see us getting anyone in january. Zlatan, Zalayeta, Olivera, and Kapo should cover for Trez and DP. Besides DP is out only for 2 weeks.

We DON'T need Mutu. We have Del Piero, Trezeguet and Ibrahimovic. That's more then enough world class strikers. No way Mutu is going to accept a role as a fourth choice, better to buy a decent player for the 4th/5th striker role then a worldclass moaner.

Mutu is about 24/25 I think...

I don't think you would be very happy either with your club if they bought two replacements for you after season #1.

Bojinov would be a great buy, but its not Moggi's style to make big signings in January.

If Trez is out for 4 months we could use a striker, but I suspect we'd go for a target man in the form of Toni or Caracciolo rather than a support striker like Bojinov.

Valeri is a massive talent though so I say we sign him and let him stay at Lecce until Capello deems Del Piero's days over. Miccoli can suck out.

I don't think Lecce will sell him, besides, I doubt he'll get a first team shirt at Juve.....he will arrive in a couple of years, maybe.....

The only striker i would want is Toni, but a player like that doesnt join just to back up Trez for 4 months, since he is better than Trez anyway, and probably cost thereafter too.

why don't we just try to get onwuachi back or something,or even loan a striker.

next season palladino and benjy will be back so i'm afraid it might be a waste buying bojinov who won't get any chances whatsoever in juve.

benj, palla , sculli , chiumento....give them a chance and they will out shine pozzi....anyone of our four, and as they are young, they will wait on the bench!

unfortunately, in chelsea, he doesn't even have a place on the bench. I believe that Mourinho would rather use midfielders (joe cole) than put him on the pitch.
So coming to Juve, he will have a greater chance to play considering how we are rotating forwards every game, and how injury prone our forwards are. Even Zalayeta gets subbed on every other game!!

the tuttosport also says that behind sculli there is the chance to sign Palladino (take him back) and on third place Carlos Bueno from Parabol, he is uruguayan. but the tuttosport write many sh.. that doesnt realise.

I agree we don't need Bojinov, nor Mutu.

With DP, Trez and Zlatan, we already have enough super-class forwards. Competition is already tough.
But, we need a young striker, like the guys mentioned above. Let's trust our own youth for once.

    Toni would be absolutely amazing!

I still prefer ex-Lecce star Chevanton as a DP replacement.

with trez being out for 4 month and a dp with a ****ED up form, we only have zlatan, who isent known for being a topscore imo... so??? yes we do need a striker, and we need him FAST!!!!

I wouldn't mind taking Mutu on loan, but in truth buying a top quality striker like Gilardino, Toni or Bojinov doesn't make much sense. I'm very big on all three of the players I just mentioned, but what are we going to do with Trezeguet, Del Piero, Ibrahimovic and one of them in the future? Are we trying to turn into Real Madrid? If anything we should take someone on loan.
