We wouldn't hire lawyers to lose and cause us financial and image damage. Our legal team won't discuss everything to the media either, just a few bits to influence opinion, but not the juicy bits. It's clear that we have to navigate in a way to stay in top 4 and CL for next season. This might affect tv deals, sponsorship, shares, transfers, etc so maybe let it run.

We should just focus on the Sevilla game because us winning the EL would be a massive story if UEFA try and exclude us. Technically, we could even play CL from Serie B. Winning it would be the ultimate middle finger to the system.

They wont give a penalty bigger than 15 even they said this. This is a power play judt to push us to get out of the SL and I say we do it for the moment 2-3 years so we can focus on rebuilding.

This squad has no place in SL. One year ban of CL can turn out good for our rebuilding and I would accept nothing less than winming Serie A.

The penalty would be at most -9 but wouldn't it be funny if we exceed the bridge between us and 5th place by more than 9 so we'd be in the CL

Ceferin will go down trust me, everything will come in its place. Time is all we need and we need to make time our ally. We have to get out of the SL thing or negotiate 1 year ban with 25 mil or so penalty because they won't leave us alone. Its evweyone against us. Maybe we are playing smart and I find nothing weong with what Elkann and they lawyers say at least we act professional. I'm sure they negotiate begind the scenes, maybe this whole farce with going back to retrial is part of that I don't know.

Im just afraid that the sponsor of SL has us by the balls.

Chinè wants the exclusion of Juventus from the next editions of all the European competitions and will do everything possible to impose a sanction that is as harmful as possible as the motivation of coni only dispute points penalty.

The sports minister Abodi : "We need a reform of sports justice, current events confront us with the problem. It must be transparent and credible"
And again: "If the case concerns the previous championships, speed of decision making is not the main thing"

Ceferin is here to stay for a long while. Even so elkann has done nothing to defend this club, he has the resources to expose these mafia pricks at the figc for what they are and issue counter law suits for damages. No nothing has changed since 2006 and if we carry on the way we are nothing will change till elkann fucks off

Capital gains investigation? Well, many clubs have been involved and I think there will be many more. Not just Juventus. I was told that they sold more newspaper copies on this topic than on other major sporting events.”

Al Nassr are exploring the opportunity to sign a new coach for the next season.

Internal discussion in progress on Massimiliano Allegri: the Saudi club is preparing an official bid to be sent to the current Juventus manager.
