Whats happening right now is because of not caring. Our owners don't care about us, never cared after the old guy

We allowed our name to be put through the mud to often, they allowed Juve to be so so unprotected.

2006 should have showed us that we are like a key chain to the new 'Agnelli's'. The sad true is that they don't give a fuck.

When our owners don't protect us and they don't give a fuck. That's why these things are happening.

If thia happened to RM, Barcelona, Bayern etc UEFA and the federation would burn.

We should learn what it means when owners love their club from Bayern Munich.

On Chine:
"#Chine #FIGC #Mef Let's continue with the Chiné story. We want to clarify that here no one is accused without proof, that is a role that certainly does not belong to us, but we want to give you as much material as possible to make you think. And sorry for the long thread. "
"As we said, between your information and our analyses, we discovered in Chiné a strange, nebulous figure within the FIGC. We told you about its strange territorial proximity (Latin court with the issue of false and stolen passports / licenses. "
"We have shared with you the complaint made by Serappo where it was pointed out that Ulivieri openly declared that he had received documents from the federal prosecutor's office. Illegal thing. Then ended up in filing (not acquittal, important fact). "
"We explained well the doubts that the lawyer. Destratis feeds on the federal prosecutor's office that does not investigate the election of the presidents of the National Amateur League. A fact that indirectly facilitates Gravina's position in the presidency (97 %) . "
"Today, however, we are talking about a fact that also affects the Italian State. In fact, while everyone says "the press doesn't say things!1!1" while all the newspapers share exactly those things, here we see a case that nobody really says and we want pay attention to you "
"They went so far as to bring the tapir to Santorelli for the declarations of hatred towards Juventus (serious, not for typhus, but for doubts of impartiality), but has nobody asked Chiné any questions? Did anyone ask if the Latina/Patenti connection existed? What about the exhibits? "
"To put it like a journalist with whom we have discussed this in recent days, we can guess that this is true: "I think that right now it is necessary to be even more rigorous than it normally should be. If you make a mistake on Chiné, they will grind you". "
"But let's go back to the Chiné question. Did you know that he did not have the requisites to become head of the Cabinet of the MEF: "in the declaration of non-existence of causes of non-transferability and incompatibility, he failed to communicate his federal position precisely" "
"So, in order to be able to fill the two roles without conflicts of interest, he omitted this little detail while polishing his CV. "But if no one said anything it means they could." Well no! Here everything falls apart. In fact, 3 ministers have requested a parliamentary question. "
"So, in summary we have a person who has to judge but who: makes false statements, illegally sends confidential documents to friends, would turn a blind eye to investigations concerning doubts about the election of presidents Lnd and is close (territorially) to the case of false passports "

when gazzetta, the journal that makes their living by shitting on jj, takes your side and publish an editorial titled something like juve, the right to a fair trial, you simply know that the italian system is 100% fucked up

Juve, the right to a fair and objective trial

Offensive statements and posts by one of the prosecutors and two Coni judges leave one baffled

Andrea Di Caro

8 February - MILAN

Let's start from the conclusion: Juventus - like any other club or individual accused in ordinary or sports proceedings - has the right to a fair trial, to be judged by an objective and non-partisan judge and to be investigated by a public prosecutor free from conditioning, prejudice or adverse supporters. It seems a banal, obvious concept. But it must be repeated forcefully given what is coming out in these days, digging into the past of one of the prosecutors of the Prisma investigation (Ciro Santoriello) and of those who are part of the Board of Guarantee of the CONI (Vincenzo Cesaro and Pier Giorgio Maffezzoli) even if they will not be called to judge Juve's appeal on the -15. Embarrassing statements those of the public prosecutor, made four years ago at a conference, and old posts written on social networks those of the Coni judges, which denote at best an unacceptable frivolity for those who cover certain roles and at worst an aversion that could undermine the honesty of judgement.
INTERDICTS- To hear certain phrases ('I, I admit it, follow and am a Napoli fan and hate Juventus. As a public prosecutor I am anti-juventino, against thievery on the pitch') and to read certain posts ('The Superleague represents another sordid page in the history of the Agnelli family') and certain card shares ('Contribute by leaving your Juve shit') one is, to say the least, disconcerted and disturbed. It feels like being in a bar, where some fans exaggerate concepts with their team's scarf around their neck. And yet we are talking about established professionals. As was understandable, the anger of the Bianconeri fans who feel surrounded and victims of a conspiracy was unleashed on social media. It should always be remembered that the decision of the Court of Appeal that punished Juventus was not based on a reconstruction by a prosecutor, but on the interceptions of the protagonists, i.e. objective data.

Calvo: "Santoriello's words? Juve demands respect"
REPLICA- Elegance and style was shown by Francesco Calvo, Juventus' new chief football officer, during the pre-match of the match against Salernitana when speaking about Santoriello's statements: "I believe that some extrapolated phrases can take on a meaning other than what they have. It applies to Juve and all those involved in the investigation and also to this case. Juve always gives respect, but we demand respect'. This is what not only the Juventus club and its fans demand, but we must all demand it: institutions, media and sportsmen who care about different teams. Because sooner or later, the others risk being us. Whoever is called upon to play such important roles as a public prosecutor has a duty to weigh his words in all circumstances. And whoever chooses professionals, such as those of the Coni Guarantee Board, has the duty (difficult, we realise) to thoroughly check their present and their past, even on social media.

There is a feeling despite expressing serenity that the prosecutor Santoriello might take a step back in view of the preliminary hearing on March 27th. The prosecutors office would likely reject this though and would show him confidence for a fair trial.(@CorSport)

How can the city situation help us with the super league. Suddenly one of their darlings is in big trouble
I don't think City is anyone's "darling", because almost the entire football world has been out for blood ever since they became rich. They are the original sheikh team and they're pretty universally hated with the obvious exception of their fans.

That being said, it might help us forward because they are being accused of serious financial wrongdoing for a very long period of time and it takes the eyes of the world away.

The charges we face on the other hand are hazy at best. I spoke to a Neapolitan the other day and he told me he has been following everything around this for so long now and it still isn't obvious to him what Juventus are even exactly accused of. But, in the end, it's a different jurisdiction so who knows.

It feels like they're trolling us.
It's the first time I've actually seen Italian newspapers push back.

The way this has been done is completely unacceptable. It feels like a couple of Napoli and Inter fans sat around a table and decide to take away 15 points, because they "feel" like we did something wrong.

Let's be honest here. Who in this thread knows what exactly we are being charged with? I mean, at least the charges should be clear as day, but they're not. How can there ever be a fair trial, if we don't even know what we have to defend ourselves for?

Firstable I don't think that they're gonna remove that -15 no matter what.
Even if they do they'll do anything to punish us with a -30 for wages thing.
If they don't remove the -15 we'll have to fight to stay in Serie A
But you're right even those 40days extra to investigate seems only a way to check what we do in Serie A and deal with us in a clinical way at the end of the season.

Now the fight seems political. Will it win the "let's relegate Juventus" or "let's keep them in Serie A as we need them to sell 2024-2027 tv deals"

Nothing more.
This is not justice. Just a fight between "Feck Juventus who cares" or "wait feck them but not too much or we'll lose money as well"

Exactly!
First we're punished for something that by the rules at worst means a fine.
Exactly what they asked for all the other teams.
Inter excluded and they did more than us.
Instead we got -15 cause it's us and they invented the "system"

Then they wanna punish us for wages.
But for what?!! we paid them. We paid everything above the table! not like City with third company giving extra salary to staff and players!
So for what they wanna punish us with another -20 at least! for fucking what!
This has nothing to do with the field.
Juventus was able to pay anyway anyhow the wages!
That's what I don't understand.

I understand if Consob or the likes investigate us and Agnelli&Co but this has nothing to do with the field.
As Exor unlike Suning or the rest is perfectly able to cover losses and the rest.

This is making me mad. Other teams keep saying "wages wages" but what?!?!?

Another conference, another occasion for Santoriello to denigrate the much hated Juve:
"Absolutely unfeasible like Juventus winning the Champions League"
Honestly this kind of thing is good banter than my mates throw at me.

BUT

You just CANT come out with this kind of thing when you hold such a position of authority over Italian football. You can't use a 'locker room talk'-style defence either- the equivalent would be like if you and your mates made jokes about assassinating President X or nuking country Y, and then once you became leader of your country you kept making jokes about it. In that case they wouldn't be jokes anymore, they would be threats.
