Correct me if I'm wrong but the transfer swap of Arthur and Pjanic as well as the swap of Cancelo and Danilo were quoted as fake capital gains cases.

Both teams benefited from hyper inflated values
I think they investigated deals like Favilli and Stuart to Genoa for 7m and 16.5m and Romero to Juve for 31.5m. If they got proof that this prices were inflated because Juve pushed Genoa to do this then there is some reason to punish us. Same goes for Muratore and Portanova transfers.

Spinazzila - Pellegrini swap is another one with clearly inflated fees, but again Roma is responsible here too

There is no law to prevent this so in any court of law this would be dismissed. We didnt inflate players values in our books. We sold and bought them for inflated values. The difference.

It is not same because that were their actuall market values.

Not paying 50mil for a guy from Juventuz B
Go home, you're drunk

It would be smart for you to start convincing me you aren't a troll. You are pulling statements out of your ass. Or are you talking about Inter selling Casadei to Chelsea for 20ml?

Imagine we'd buy Mudryk for €100m.

Straight down to Serie C.
only if we sell someone for those amounts

we are free to buy vlahovic, pjanic, higuain, bremer and other serie a players, even above their market values. we keep fucking serie a on life support. i read somewhere that juve was responsible for around 20% of the whole domestic transfer spendings. spending is fine, it keeps other shitty clubs alive.

but boy, when we sell. now that's fraud by default

Why weren't any of those players worth that?

Trying to find logic or reason when obviously are just traditional Italian corruption is just nonsense.

Why was Juve the only one on trial? Same reason that calciopoli never involve any of the other teams whom spoke almost weekly with the ref commission

Juve are the criminal they said:
  • Napoli decide to no show in Turin for a game and publicly they manipulated everything to change the facts and play the game another day
  • Milan was sold to a shadow company, under laundry investigations, nothing happens
  • Merda was the same
  • UEFA started investigation, put sanctions and FIGC just ignore everything
Outcome: Italy is in the downhill, NT can't get into a WC and Clubs can't compete in Europe. It would be worst in the future.

Selective justice isn't justice at all. That's the problem. We are guilty for the prices? Okay we are but also thr whole Serie A is. We won titles and we need to get harder punishment? Okay but punish the other too, especially as they needed this for CL.

Thats the biggest problem, we are the scapegoat, always. While the others walk away free foe the 'sake' of the league.

That s why Paratici was ejected from his posytion. Board knew what s coming?
If you ask me, thats why we put laywers and economists to lead the club and we are focusing on Juve Next Gen and young players who can be resold. They knew everything. It stinks of 'guilty'.

Are u joking? Remember the reactions on this forum when Paratici did this deals? There players weren't worth 30 % of those values.
Sales? Yeah we got good money for them, once again I fail to see the issue

How much did Chelsea pay for him? Chelsea who conveniently are probably still paying for Lukaku but sent him back on loan to Inter.

Favilli an Italian U21 striker who'd scored 8 goals in serie B at 19, the following season scored 8 in 14 games for Ascoli and had just scored for us in preseason. 7m doesn't seem crazy. As much as Sturaro had become a meme player, he was an Italian international mid, who'd had won leagues and had experience in CL. Plus he was relatively young and had the home grown factor for Genoa. 16m is high but not wild given they had funds to spend. Romero had a breakout season at Genoa and 3 seasons later was Serie A defender of the year before being sold for 50m.

All are at the top end of their value but I think you'd have a hard time proving that they are excessive.

Ciro Palmieri (7 million , transfermarkt 100 thousand euro), Luigi Liguori e Claudio Manzi (4 million ), Orestis Karnezis (5 million). All swapped for Osimhen at the inflated values along with money
