this is based on assumption that these people in power cannot put carry their jobs in a professional or objective manner and let sporting preferences cloud judgement. i find it hard to believe and naive to think everyone anti juve is bad at carrying their jobs when judging juve.

if you truly, and i meant truly believe that, then why even bother footballing? how can you trust refs to carry on their jobs.

cmon.

Because despite it all we still win and it makes it oh so much sweeter. Also unless you are trolling dont call anyone naive if you believe italy has anglo-saxon work deontology. Place is almost as bad as middle east.

I believe refs are subject to unconscious bias anyway so I never believe every game is truly fair, most do as well as they can and some are just incapable and unsuitable for the job. I question the professionalism of some, but I can say that as a fan.

After all, it's those fans of other teams who built conspiracy theories around Juve for many years who created Farsopoli out of little, wherein not one Juve game was proven to be altered by a referee, as an example. As for deliberate acts of sabotage, we saw these first hand in 2006 and when you turn over a few rocks it didn't take long to find similar stories in 2022/2023. I think if you put wiretaps on all of these professionals the results would be staggering, but you also have to consider the effects of bragging (something that cost Moggi), speaking to peers, etc. But for whatever reason when they put a tap on Juve personnel it's hard and definitive facts.

2006, moggi's lawyers' work and the palazzi report written on inda later proved that they collected a lot of evidence on other teams too, but didn't bother using them

i wouldn't be surprised if this was the case today. for the moment they bury everything non-juve related, and use it later if needed

either way, juve management should know better and operate more transparently than any other club. the shit tici said on those wiretaps isn't illegal, it's only utterly careless and unprofessional

Stop trolling and answer me this: Have you ever been to Italy? I been there many times, they are totally sectarian when it comes to football and are completely obsessed, so it effects things in a way it doesn't in most other countries.

First time I was there was school trip when I was 15 or so. I had Juve shirt on and was refused service in cafeterias and diners in Florence because of it.

Similar thing in Rome summer after etc.

There's many other examples of the tribalistic nature of football over there all my trips past 20 years, so I find it naive when I read:

"this is based on assumption that these people in power cannot put carry their jobs in a professional or objective manner and let sporting preferences cloud judgement."

First of all, thats Italian society in a nutshell for all things, but also the effect of football.

I mean ffs they don't mind even saying it openly (roman prosecutor said openly Juve needs enough pts penalty to finish behind Roma, Napoli which is a city third of the officials and footballers are from, openly declare their enmity) , it doesn't have to be some over arching conspiracy, its just sheer biasm and general hatred of Juve who are 1st or 2nd rival for most of the nation. That type of biasm will effect alot of minor decisions for each individual.

Imagine being a Juventus supporter and thinking we had political power within football, lol. Anyone with power is based in Rome or Florence. What about the Agnellis? Surely they're defending us to the hilt? Not if you believe our fans, they are cucks who bend over. Can only work one way.

And then you have this guy, the "Turin prosecutor", he'd be on our side, right?

“I am a huge fan of Napoli, I hate Juventus.” He added in what appears to be a lighthearted exchange: “As a soccer fan I care about Napoli, as a prosecutor I am against Juventus, against robberies on the pitch.”

We run this shit!

The dynamic that is easy to understand is that the juventini go along with the status quo, because largely over history we win, they aren't trying to take other teams down because they simply don't care. For everyone else they hate Juve, so if there is an opportunity to create any kind of tension, loss to image, or the worse things we've seen, they will not hesitate.
Absolutely

It's also the reason that we do win, we are obsessed with winning the others are obsessed with us. We also lost a lot of political power once the old man passed, we probably had more sway then.

There is a reason people say you are either a Juventino or anti Juventino.

There is a high risk that Juventus should receive a point penalty for the salary case that would effect next season. The goal is to resolve this issue by the end of this current season, with a hearing scheduled for May 22nd but most likely the points penalties will come into effect next season .(@Gazzetta_it)

hit of the summer:

this is from a planned catalog that's supposed to be released soon. piece of shits (pistocchi and ziliani) apparently wrote a book going by the title "stolen scudetti" it's about the 9 scudetti won in a row and based on the plusvalenza case, alleged off the book payments (never proven), overvalued swap deals, etc. it's about to be released in july

these imbeciles better have some good lawyers because even jj can't be such pussies to let it go. i'd sue their ass the moment it is officially announced

Both Barcelona and Turin is very close to France

Do we have company now in our 'Let's move to France' movement? :shifty:
Honestly overnight that turns Ligue 1 into the most watched league in Europe.

Imagine how far they happy they'd be to have us, as opposed to the FIGC shitting on us every chance they get (and making up changes when there's none)
