I don't know. There is clearly a language that belongs to the black youth and Burke will sometimes imitate this type of speach. I don't think it is racism to identify the difference in language, culture, etc. When I learned Spanish and went to Nicaragua and El Salvador during the wars, I was told that I was now part of the "Hispanic" world, and that was not a racist thing to tell me.

Calling someone a wigga is not the same as calling someone a nigger. A wigga is a phrase used in an off hand way, and used by all. Infact wasnt it even made up by black people? When I or anyone calls you a wigga, they do it to make fun of how you 'act black' and that is all.

Well here's my story for what it's worth.
I lived in America for a year.
I made friends with a Puerto rican who worked at Friendlies'.
I wanted better weed than the one the white Americans were selling.
Me and Raul - the Puerto rican - went to the black area of the city. I felt very white.
At first his acquaintances wanted to kill me for being white and him for bringing me there.
Then they heard I was from Europe. They were intrigued. They lit up a bong and gave me some weed. I skinned up a spliff, putting tobacco in it. They burst into laughter. They came to the conclusion that I was nothing like the average white pig. They liked me. I passed on the crack pipe though.
I returned there many times, bringing some more Europeans with me. Just before I left back to Europe they told us they saw us as niggaz, just like them, and that we should take it as a compliment.
Oh, and although my other friends did like rap, I had made it clear that to me it was garbage.

I know there are differences between african-american (black american) and white americans in terms of spelling and cultures etc it isn't becuase of the color IMO,but it is the way africans talk (accent ) in their own languages too, but they call it black and white world in the end..
And when someone listens to rap music, or wear clothes like rappers (FUBU etc..) they call him as a" black -wanna- be" and not a rap fan.that racism too IMO
