Nick, how do you rate Inter's chances against milan this weekend
Inter is and continues to be the most unpredictable team ... from mediocre performances to last gasp efforts. They also have the highest number of "magicians": i.e. players who disappear some games despite being on the field.
Last game was a tie .. I don't think Inter will be able to get through another season without going down to Milan in a terrible way: last season the 3-2 comeback. A few seasons back the 10 goals in two games...
I personally think Mancini is the most over-rated pompous 'no idea what he is doing' coach in Serie A .. I truly 'loathe' that s-o-b. That why I am not just hoping for a win but a fukin trashing.

By the way...this thread should be closed ...its pointless, aimless and of no use to anyone except Blandie and Padovano and their sick demented twisted obscene idea of fun.

Mancini? He's a traditional Italian manager who seems not able to make his side play the way he wants them to consistently. Once he figures out how to make his team string a few good results together, he could be a good coach. I don't think he's a Capello or Ancelotti, but time will tell as he's still only 38. Hell even Capello would not be able to win at Inter.

Cuper was a better coach than Mancini. Mancini is just an over-rated primadonna who somehow makes people believe he knows what he is doing. And his "the only real Scudetti's in the last 10 years are Lazio, Rome and Samp's" is getting pathetic.
Cuper brought Inter to great heights but they had no patience (rather Moratti had no patience). As usual he wanted results within the year. Now Mancini is riding the CL wave saying that is their calling. He has no system in place and seems to pick players out of hat. Martins to start and Recoba to stay home? Davids never getting playing time?

Yeah that statement about the Scudetti of the past years angered me as well, and he fell into the group of whiners that just needed to say something to get the jealousy of his chest. I thought a player of Mancini's calibre would think twice about saying that nonsense...guess I was wrong.

I thought Cuper was a good coach, especially since he brought a team called Valencia to the CL Final twice in three years. At Valencia he had a sturdy group of players who were there for years, having a nice base and not making too many uneccesary changes. But you get the latter's reciporical when you have a guy like Moratti at the helm, who is just an idiot. I feel bad for those foresaken Interistas. I think Cuper was the right man even though he was overly defensive (think CL Semifinal).

WHAT ABOUT HIM??

In two full seasons he brought us a Scudetto, CL Title and Coppa Italia (added bonus) and has us playing the most entertaining and beautiful football in a long time. Over-rated? He was dubbed a loser by Juve and before that labeled Sacchi's "lackey". Far from over-rated. I personally think his strength is managing talent extremely well in addition to creating a spectacular midfield.

Never really rated Ancelotti personally. He's merely blessed with a well-balanced team of fantastically gifted players, that's all.He just has to pick the players,I could do that.

I think you could've done all that with alot of other managers.Perhaps he is laid back in the sense that Del Bosque was, which made the stars and the team in general happy.Other than that I don't think he's all that special.

to each their own..I think he's fukin brilliant. Many managers would not have recommended the purchase of Pancaro and Cafu. Many managers would not have had the idea of CREATING a role for Pirlo like Ancelotti did thereby re-organizing the entire midfield of the team. Many managers do not have the ability to make players like Rui Costa, Tomasson, Ambrosini sit on the bench. Many managers would not have recommended picking up a player named Crespo and adding him to an already packed offensive line-up. That pick up alone allowed us not to totally rely on Sheva.
Many great players are not always great coaches however I think Ancelotti finally matured into a coach of vision and has an ability to create a mid-field which can dictate the entire game.

Regardless, even if you don't agree there is no justification in claiming he is on the same level as Mancini.

Inter did that...and picked up more expensive players. Have you not learned that picking up players does not guarantee success?

Would you have picked up an aging defender like Pancaro or Cafu to know that a year later he would be crucial to your Scudetto run?

Please....

Mancini is overrated. What has he accomplished in his managerial career? NOTHING. He is all hot air with no substance.

Mancini is a piece of shit. He proves this every time he talks about the game.

SAT scores are for monkeys.
