And your job is the joke.
You don’t even know what my job involves. Maybe I need to paste it 3 times so you can look up each word in your English dictionary.

I can’t be bothered with you. After reading the Forums for the past 10 minutes after a long break it’s clear to me why your post count is so high. It’s your argumentative ways. You’re arguing about religion in the Champions League thread as well. If you don’t support Juve, and don’t want to talk about Juve, then why are you here?

It’s Real Madrid, closely followed by Man United and then there are 4 or 5 teams including Milan, Juventus, Bayern, Barca and quite possibly Arsenal who have been completely underestimated.

Arsenal are a bigger club than Liverpool in terms of fan support, RECENT success and wealth. Arsenal are the richest club in England as well so they have to be in it.
man united are Currently a great club, but have soem way to go to match liverpool in pedigree, history and tradition. they may not have won the english championships in many years but anyone with a football brain would concede liverpool are teh top club in england

Arsenal has been to one CL final...which they lost....have less than 5 league titles I think, and have one or two FA Cups..

That is the dumbest post I've seen in a fortnight.

i wish i can agree with you dano..but its pretty obvious that Liverpool are a mi\uch bigger club than Arsenal in terms of history..maybe Arsenal is the better club in the Wenger era..but in terms of history arsenal arent even close to liverpool,Man Utd or even Bayern..we have to win a CL at least,to even be considered.

The thing is I agree with what most of you are saying. I realise in terms of history and tradition Liverpool could be considered a bigger club than Arsenal. But Liverpool has never won the Premiership. And if someone could get a concrete explanation of what a big club is then please post it. Obviously they are a massive club, but the way I see it if they haven’t won the Premiership, there domestic league, which has been around what 15 years now? Then I think it’s wrong in calling them a bigger club than Arsenal.

Please don’t jump on me here but if we were to split it into 5 sections of what makes a big club, it would probably look something like this:

HISTORY (Liverpool)
EUROPEAN SUCCESS (Liverpool)
RECENT SUCCESS (Arsenal)
FANBASE (Arsenal)
INCOME (Arsenal)

This is just my opinion remember. But I think it would be something like that.

I quite enjoy debating about it actually so let’s keep it going and see if we can come to a conclusion. :)

Liverpool havent been genuin contender for the premiership for over 10 years, never mind not winning it for longer.
If your not going to be even contender domesticly for such a long period of time, you can not be consider the greatest club in the world.

    Look at Juve.
Straith back from 2nd division and we are alrady chalanging the likes or Inter and Roma and have been much better than Milan.

I actually don't care who is bigger. I like being the underdog, but to be fair here are Liverpool's all-time stats. Go ahead and compare.

    League Championships: 18

    Division II: 4 (Why not?)

    Lancashire League: 1 (1890s) :D

    League Cup: 7

    FA Cups: 7

    Charity Shield: 14 (5 shared)

    European Cup (CL): 5

    UEFA CUp: 3

    European Super Cup: 3

    Super Cup: 1

    Carlsberg Trophy: 1
