The most relaxed city i've been to is Bari, but wouldn't like to live there till i retire, cause that is what it is, a place for retired people.

Best city would probably be like Rome, Cannes, Australia, as its nice visually, has loads of job opportunites, great chances to progress and also has everything one may need

I've been there before and after. It was better before of course, but it still has its culture. In addition to that, the city has a real chance of being rebuilt and coming out better than it originally was. I hope to take some part in that Cause once a graduate.
