I think the best city to live in is Roma, I have absolutely fell in love with it. I love the fast paced lifestyle plus I will be in Italy so I can just take a 6 hr train ride to Torino and see my Juve.
Indeed, though I think Romans have one ugly-ass accent, almost makes you doubt Italian being "il parlar gentile" lol

Rio de Janeiro for me :rulz: Istanbul is a lot of fun too...

True, Roman is just nasty. It's bloody awful when De Rossi or Totti speak.

It's a tie between Antwerp and Bologna for me BTW.

So we can agree that even for Juve fans, Rome is the best place to live in Italy?
If that is the case, what is the 2nd best place in Italy to live?
Could it be Milano?
i really like Milano as a city, although all of Italy is great.

If only i could fluently speak the language, i would love to live and work there

But damn, being able to read Tuttosport for all the Juve gossip everyday at an Italian caffè does rock, I must say,
There is nothing as cool as flying back to Belgium while reading La Gazzetta and being welcomed to your own country by someone who says you speak "Dutch pretty well, for an Italian."

    I thought this was interesting:

    [edit] Sister city
Rome, Italy, since 1956 (Seule Paris est digne de Rome; seule Rome est digne de Paris / Solo Parigi è degna di Roma; Solo Roma è degna di Parigi / "Only Paris is worthy of Rome; Only Rome is worthy of Paris").

Seriously though, Roma is not the best place to live in Italy. It's not even close. What is very cool about living in Roma though is that, if you're travelling and people ask you where you're from, you can say "I'm Roman".
