exactly, i think the government was thinking of reforming some of those laws. but due to our current administration that wont happen til sometime after 2008.

i dont understand why someone would want to leave either. when i graduate i plan on moving to denmark or sweden and never going back to the states again. unless they kick me out of course.
Don't wait until you graduate, just move and study here. You are welcome and as Erik said, it is the highest level of living but the cold sucks.

Oh yes, they come in rank two of shortages after pedagogs (sp?). But the thing is they prefer graduates from a Scandinavian country otherwise one has to go through many courses in the university to be granted a license to practice.

hmm.. yeah, I was thinking maybe studying there after I graduate high school from here.. Still don't know where to go, actually.. :undecide:
