I'm disappointed that Abuja did not make the top 10, I've been around and I consider it one of the best

I'm not surprised that Lagos is on the bottom 10 :yuck: I wonder how bad Karachi, Dhaka, Algiers and Port Moresby are to be worse than Lagos! And why isn't New York in the bottom 10?

I live a ferry ride away from Vancouver in Victoria (on Vancouver Island) and if Vancouver is number 1, and now I mean Vancouver sucks, then they should definately catch the ferry to Victoria. Beautiful calm city by the ocean. Downtown is beautiful, its the provincial capital and the weather is the best in Canada. Not small enough to be a town, not big enough to be a major national city (though it is BCs capital).
Gotta love Canada

I'd have to say I'm not surprised to see three Australian cities up there. Nor am I surprised not to see Mumbai and New York on that list.

pfff. australia's got nothing on Canada. Try hitting #1 for once. 2nd, 3rd, 4th don't count for jack. Who wants snakes and spiders crawling up their ass anyways...

In Germany we aint fond of them either.

Hull would go under the top 10 worst cities.

Colonge would be for sure among top 10. Amsterdam too.

I've been there (Victoria), last time I checked there were just a bunch of homeless people on the streets, nothing special. :p

Didn't think Vancouver was that nice either, can't understand why they would rate it #1.

That's seeing it from an objective point of view. It doesn't necessarily mean it's the best city for YOU to live in. I would go with Firenze, Napoli, Paris and Antwerp. None of those deserve a place in the top ten though, when looked at it from this point of view.

Hope I don't come across as downright biased here, but if there was a list of safest countries to live in Singapore would surely be in the top 3.

Yeah.. I mean any country where you would get arrested and subjected to cruel torture for dropping a gum wrapper on the street must have great security.. ;)

j/k on the torture part.. :p

Bunch of boring businessmen came up with this shit. Total bollocks. That is the single most BORING list of cities I have EVER seen.

I've been to Zurich, Vienna and Geneva; I've seen better.
