And in this case maybe his motivation also? Howedes been loyal to staying in Germany, would be coming to a foreign land and has already made plenty of money. Possibly we can look deeper comparing getting him on the cheap compared to MDS.

Say 15 million transfer fee plus 3 years at 6 mil and total 31 mil. MDS for 12 million and don't know salary number exactly but signed till 2022. Say 10 mil and total 22 mil. Yes, guy is better than MDS but at what price? The team yearly salary commitment seems to be going up a lot.

Maybe some of my above figures are way off. I still want Howedes and he's presently my only RB choice at getting, but sure hope he's mentally in the right place. Looking at it more and more, I'm understanding possibly why cheap Beppe is trying the loan way first.
