Horrible stuff. Still wondering about @zacheriah. Hope he's alright.

It's difficult not to have a kneejerk reaction to things like this. I hope that this won't cause people to vote for a UK exit from the EU or to change their mind on asylum seekers and/or refugees.

I do hope our political leaders dont take this tragedy to score easy points.

This is the moment to hold firm, and not alienate the large muslim community whom has nothing to do with radicalism.

Meanwhile, some youth was harassing police in zaventem today, and both police and newsreporters in molenbeek when they caught Salah.

Work to be done.

The above picture shows an X-ray image of a person who was injured in one of the blasts in Brussels on Tuesday. It was taken at a military hospital in Neder-Over-Heembeck, in northern Brussels, where they were transported for treatment.

It's not about refugees yet (ISIS agents within the refugee wave will show themselves in upcoming years) but about allowing resident muslims to live in a parallel universe. In this kind of environment extremist preachers have an easy time brainwashing and recruiting gullible individuals.

How do you mean? Do you mean that muslim immigrants do not integrate well enough into their adopted countries?

Yes, muslims have a harder time integrating than other groups. I believe this has not neccessarily to do with the muslim nature (although religion might have its influence) but with their numbers. They arrive, settle in a poverty district, find out that their neighbours are arabs, along with the grocery store owner, 3 mosques around, can go chat in a tea shop, no need to adapt. Italians or Russians arrive, settle in the same district, yet they don't understand arab grocery guy and don't become friends with arab neighbours. They will strive to adapt into the country faster to get out of there.

and the mentality of arabs and muslims that come for the first time to europe is very different. Tribe/group like, very different to our individualistic western views.
