English:
Juventus have signed goalkeeper Emanuele Belardi on a season-long loan from Reggina (with the option of an eventual purchase). Born in 1977, Belardi began his career with Reggina, making his debut in Serie B in the 1995-96 season. He has spent the last three seasons on loan, with Napoli, Modena and most recently, with Catanzaro in Serie B.
After the arrivals of Bojinov, Marchionni and Zanetti, Belardi is the latest Juventus reinforcement, completing a goalkeeping line up which already includes Gigi Buffon and Antonio Mirante. Meanwhile, the bianconeri continue with their search for a central defender.

Here are some info I could gather about him from many sources:

Name: Emanuele Belardi
Born: Eboli, Italy
Nationality: Italy
Position: Goalkeeper
DOB: 9/7/1977
Height: 1.87 m
Weight: 80 Kg
Current Club: Reggina

And this is a comment from a Reggina fan about him:

Belardi looks to be the cream of my goalkeeping crop, with solid stats all across the board, including great reflexes and determination. The one area where he is lacking is in throwing the ball. Guess we know how he'll be distributing.

Here is one of his creative own goals last season against Inter:

Portsmouth have dropped their interest in him last year after he spent a few days on trial at Pompey in a bid to win a move to Fratton Park.

there is nothing to be understanded.. he is suppose to be the 3rd keeper.. every team needs 3 goalies..

Yes. I understand that of course. But why spend money on this instead of giving the third gloves to a young kid, Claudio Scarzanella or Matteo Trini. They will probably don't have to play anyway.

:faq1: I am starting to dislike the new management
The majority of transfer rumours stem from agents trying to earn potential big money moves.

The management are doin a fine job so far imo, getting rid of players on the wrong side of 30 can only benefit in motivating the youngsters.

Trini is 19 & Scarzanella is 20.

Im more interested in knowing who our number 1 will be come end of August ;)

As said, I would have given the third gloves to one of them.

I certainly hope that Gigi will be our number one in the upcoming season. If not, I’m sure that it will be Amelia, an excellent choice.
