Owen has developed his game in the past two seasons, but before that he was a one-trick pony - he'd race past the last defender, towards the near post, and as the keeper came out, he'd chip him just inside the far post. Nearly forgot Rio. As much as I hate to dispell the legend, Ferdinand can't mark his own shadow. I've never seen a centre half as afraid of challenging for the ball in the air.

Edit: Correction, Wes Brown and John O'Shea are even worse for that.
