On what?His matches in NT?

That's so stupid to say.

Quaresma started playing for NT and he's already 10 times better than Schweini...
Why are you referring to Quaresma as i wasn't. I dont care if hes 20 times better than player Schweini is, i already acknowledged that. I just clear a statement that was done earlier that schweini doesn't perform with the NT which is plain wrong. Thats the only place where he performs world cup or not.

Quaresma didn't hit the highs that schweini did on the international stage, thats how bastian got his reputation ffs. Having said that its not a good enough reason to buy him.

He isnt a necessary signing to pay 4m or more in salary on like Milan, that would be second highest salary after Buffon I think, and his quality doesnt justify that. Would have been nice and useful to get him for less, but Milan needed him more badly, and are willing to overpay like they do with most of their players. Nothing to regret, or say we were outfoxed on.

But, on the other hand, if they sign Zapata ahead of us, I would say thats a true case of outfoxing.

Ok.I didn't express myself enough...
What I meant is, since he was free we should have offered him more, though I don't think his signing was necessary to us.
You willing to have flamini to be our highest-paid player (or somewhere up there, iirc) after we get him on a free? No one is worth that much in their first season of a Bosman, unless they're phenominal.

I will definitely agree that Bastian has not played well the past few seasons. But i still think he is great and has alot of unlockable potential for the future.

Unfortunately I have a feeling the Euro 2008 will be Nedved's swan song...if thats the case we need to purchase schweinsteiger before the euros in case his transfer price appreciates ridiculously...it all depends on Nedved

Ballack wouldn't be good, Borowski wouldn't be good, and neither would Ottl, Podolski, or Klose...

Cummon man, Basti would be a great signing for you guys, but you aren't going to get him.
i hint a bit of sarcasm about Ottl , wasn't he good for you guys this season ?

i thought he was decent, could've been given more responsibility to test if he can step but overall from what've seen and read he wasn't that bad.

Juventus Want Schweinsteiger

Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has reportedly emerged as a leading summer target for Juventus...

The Juventus coach, Claudio Ranieri, has ambitions of making an impact in the Champions League next season and sees in Schweinsteiger an ideal piece for his scheme.

The German international, who came onas a substitute in his side's 2-0 win over Poland, has been part of Bayern Munich since he was a 13-year-old, having had his debut for the club's main squad in 2002.

La Vecchia Signora are allegedly ready to put together a player-plus-cash offer for Schweinsteiger which would see central midfielder Tiago going to the Bavarian capital.

The Portuguese player has found first-team opportunities very limited at Stadio Olimpico since he moved from Lyon nearly a year ago, and would seriously consider a new challenge to reignite his career.

However, Bayern Munich's new boss, Jürgen Klinsmann, is loath to the idea of losing one of his main players, and only a mega offer should allow Schweinsteiger to move to Italy this summer.
