are you serious with your question??? Yankees are the first team in over 50 years to get 3 15-game winners in the off-season, with a payroll of over 200 million $ recruiting the likes of Sheff, A-Rod, and "Giambi" they just wanna buy the world series too bad it takes a team to win.

When was the last time Inter won the Serie A?
When was the last time the Yankees won the American Division? the World Championship?
How many times have the Yankees won the World Championship? How many times have Inter won the Champions League?

I like questions too :)
Who is the biggest choker in the history of baseball?
Who is the biggest choker in Serie A?
The simple fact is the team which dominated the 90's was again a TEAM O'neill, tino, etc those guys played with no egoes and cemented bonds over time. Today it is a bunch of washed up juiced up inflated egomaniacs, simple fact.
Anyhoo it really doesnt matter as there are 28 other teams and other players to talk about. To divert from this subject: to the baseball fans out there who do you predict will be the AL and NL Cy Youngs?

Andres Galarraga was quite famous in the 1990s, he played with the Atlanta Braves
Also Bob Abreu and lots others

Currently
Miguel Cabrera plays with the Florida Marlins and he was important when the Marlins played against the Yanks and won the World Championship
And Johann Santana is a young pitcher he plays with the Minnesota Twins and got the Cy Young award (I think) last year

It definitely grows on you, there's just something mystical about goin to the ball park enjoyin hot dogs(no Ketchup ya freaaaaks) callin opposition outfielders names and comin back home with a couple of baseballs from batting practice. Or just on a sunday afternoon lounging and catchin a game on TV, very peaceful it almost transports you to another era. It's an all american sport and it shall remain so for decades to come, Play ball!

N.B: oh man just Imagine if the cubs still had Willis, he's 7-0
