VDW ownend him on every aspect, like i said we dont need him. I can live with it when we buy him for around 8mill not the double.
8 mil would be daylight robbery, but I get your point. He's nothing to get excited about, he's okay, far from WC but then again I can't name you other left wingers who come cheap with talent. Zhirkov comes to mind, but I can't see him leaving Chelsea for Juventus, Hazard would be impossible and that leaves us with Dsudszak.

Tricky to judge players in the dutch league, as when they move to stronger leagues they as often fail as succeed. As for this lad, who I know nothing about, he seems to have a decent strike rate for a winger, is young enough to have plenty of room and time for improvement, wont cost a bomb, and is a EU citizen...bearing in mind, Martinez has suffered from constant injury setbacks, Lanzafame seems to have lost Del Neri's trust/value, which leaves us two natural wingers in Krasic and Pepe.

I will be glad if we sign a left winger. A shame for Marchisio, but he can resign himself to putting more pressure on Melo and Aquilani for a central, more in line with his nature role. Balance in the team is more important. The ability to attack from both flanks and through the middle with alberto, will make us a better team, harder to block out and defend against.

A left wing and target man....are essentials.

You write very similar to a member called thegutterpoet Lo-Pan. Keep a look out for him when he comes back to the forum, he seems to be inactive.

Nick, Are we talking about the same Urby? The one who is in the top 3 best players of Ajax in the last 3 years? The one which can both attack and defend? The one who can shoot from every angle with his left and right foot? The one who is versatile and can play at about 5 different positions? If so i suggest you take my word for it. He is higly underated.

"As it has been published in the press now I can admit that we've been in contact with Juventus for a couple of months," Vorosbaranyi stated.

"It's not only curiosity from them, but it's an important fact that Balazs is contracted to PSV and we can't talk with any teams directly until the Dutch club gives us permission, so it's useless to guess what may happen.

"I know he would like to go to Spain but it would be difficult to reject an offer from Juventus. Balazs also likes the atmosphere and the high attendances of the Bundesliga and he wouldn't say 'no' to a playful team from the Premier League."
What a complete cock.
