The hipothesys that become always more real is Vincenzo Iaquinta, despite all he seems destined to leave. Destination chosen seems to be Roma. Juventus would like to use him in exchange for engage Alberto Aquilani, at the moment but not on offer.

So Iaquinta could be yielded for earn money, to invest in another striker for complete Juventus for Champions. Not a normal striker but. at least on the face of it. Continue in fact to speak about Huntelaar, and of the French Gomis, who has still renewed with Saint-Etienne.

This is just empty media crap ofcourse. But if we sell Iaquinta (as we will) and somehow our board deems it necessary to get another luxury 4th striker, it should NOT be a box striker or a poacher. But a supporter forward to be backup for Ale.

take him , will get Benzema ;)

since you are an expert for french ligue , what's your opinion on them , who is better or will be better , i've only seen Benzema playing a couple of times and never Gomis
Benzema is a much better prospect than Gomis make no mistake.

Tbh Gomis was actually lucky to get his chance with St Etienne anyway. Last season Piqiuionne was St Etiennes best player in the first half of the season, he had such a great season that Lyon came knocking on the door immediately. St Etienne didnt want to sell to their arch rivals Lyon, Piqiuionne went on a strike against his club as a result, and eventually he ended up on loan to Monaco.

There wasnt any time left in the january transfer window, so they had to stick with Gomis for that time. But Gomis played so well that when the summer of 2007 came, St Etienne didnt even look for a replacement. And now here we are, the lucky bastard is now being courted by Europes biggest clubs, and he's called up for the French NT for the Euro's

we dont need another striker, and he won't be coming to be 4th choice behind dp, trez and amauri (assuming iaquinta leaves). and on the question of if he's better than benzema, i think it's a ridiculous thing to ask. benzema's gunning for a starting spot for les blues while gomis just made it. and benzema's been proven in the CL while gomis did well in france. benzema is better and will continue to improve.
