It seems you have a similar thing as I has a few years ago.
In football practise I jumped to head a ball, and when I landed I felt a pain in the lower part of my back, at the bottom of my spine just above my butt.
In the following days everytime I put my foot down while running I felt it, and really bad when I landed after jumping. It wasn't terrible, just really annoying.
Finally after a week I went to a doctor, and he told me to wait. After three weeks my back was back to normal. I was never explaned what actually happened.

Last year at the same times as now, I jumped and headed a ball, I landed and turned around very guickly. The I felt a pain in my lower back( alittle higher than now) and I could almost not move.
The pain wasn't so big and it went almost over after 1-2 weeks, but i had some pain all of the last year season. And now I have moved up to the highest level for 16-years old in Norway and the trainings is much much harder. I don't have any problems with the training i am doing very good but the pain, I have pain every time I play football. And I couldn't play more than one period on last nights match. I have talked to my father and we are going to see a doctor in next week.
And it isn't hurtfull when I am running only when I am kicking the ball and turning my body around very quickly....
