My best friend graduated from Babson (one of the top if not the top business college in the states). His major is finance if I am not mistaken. We talked alot about him doing his masters, he always told me that its better if he gets a couple of years of experience before he continues his studies. It really helps in getting a position at a better institute. In addition, it will give you more ground to stand on before you start your masters, let alone do better and benefit more from your masters.
