Verratti is basically a nonfactor for the team. He is always out in the most important moments. Whoever gets called up to replace Belotti I hope doesn't start so it shouldn't matter. Neither Zaza, nor Inglese, or Balotelli deserve to start atm. The attack should be fine. Its the midfield that's a real pain. If a midfield 2 starts (probable) then the 5th and 6th players will be playing. Parolo must play, the other one I don't know. Gagliardini I guess.

I hope for a 3-4-3 in general, but I guess vs Macedonia the 4-2-4 should do the job.

Insigne - Immobile - Candreva
Spinazzola - Parolo - Gagliardini - Darmian
Chiellini - Bonucci - Barzagli

I guess we'll probably see Eder starting in the 4-2-4.

Italy really need to start getting better strikers. Where are the days of Del Piero, Vieri, Inzaghi, Totti, Baggio, ... Not even a Cassano or Di Natale these days ffs.

well our young players don't get a chance to grow and become those Del Piero, Vieri, Totti etc... Look at this quick example. Isco, Real Madrid kept him and he grew in the team, now he's one of their stars who killed us in the spain 3-0 win month and is now considered one of the best mid-fielders in the world. Real Madrid loaned Morata to Juve, where he played in the best team in Italy, in the CL and earned huge experience, he also is a solid striker for Spain. Juve have Kean for example and they loan him off to Verona instead of keeping him, even though they need a back up CF which they don't have. Italian mentality is very fked up when it comes to young talent.
