GK - Buffon, Sirigu, Perin

DF - Chiellini, Buffon, Barzagli,Darmian ( 3 more positions to fill)

MD - Candreva,Parolo,Veratti,Marchisio,Giacherini,Florenzi ( 3 more positions to fill)

FW - Pelle,Eder,Zaza ( 1 more position to fill)

I guess the above will be the confirmed players Conte will bring to the Euro. Pelle plays well as the point of target and I can understand why he is Conte's first choice. But Eder, too bad he is the top Italian scorer in the league for now.

What about other players , we got 3 more defenders, I really not sure which CB or FB currently good enough to be for the NT, in the midfield we have alot of options, the final option for attack might be Giovinco/Rossi.

GK: Buffon, Sirigu, Perin

DF: Chiellini, Bonucci, Barzagli, Astori, Ranocchia, Florenzi, Darmian, Antonelli

MID: Marchisio, Verratti, Thiago Motta, Candreva, Parolo, Giaccherini, Jorginho,

FW: Pellè, Zaza, Insigne, El Shaarawy and Eder

I don't think Conte will call up De Rossi or Pirlo now, unless any of those midfielders are injured before the tournament. Giovinco might possibly get a call up, depends on whether or not he has another amazing couple of months in the MLS. Can't see Rossi/Balotelli getting anywhere near the squad. Berardi unfortunately not in Conte's plans. Hopefully Bernardeschi gets in there over Eder or something.

parolo, eder and ranocchia never convinced me, and are all having a mediocre season.

i'd take romagnoli instead of ranocchia, and also bonaventura does deserve his place in the squad.

btw giak is out injured, de sciglio replaces him.

Italy does have great young talent. U/21 team looking good again, too bad Di Biagio screwed up with a great squad last year at the Euros. Wanna see more of these young guys make the step up to the main NT.
You mean Sturaro screwed up? He was most at fault for the first and decisive loss. I think Di Biagio actually had them playing reasonably well except for that second half against sweden.

This looks soooo awful
it looked much better on the field than on paper though :D

+ with Chiellini, Barzagli, Marchisio, Verratti (and hopefully El Shaarawy/Insigne starting on the left with Eder/Zaza at CF instead of Pelle, and maybe Bonaventura/Soriano over Giacch on the left) its gonna be a great team. hoping for no injuries for the key players and then Italy looks like one of the favorites to me
