...Conte is getting more and more stubborn and his Italy looks boring and predictable.
This tactical nonsense aka 4-2-4 should be stopped, it's easily-read by the opponents and a lack of options at the forward department makes it even harder. There's nobody who can substitute Eder in that line-up who isn't so much of a great player by himself.
El-shaarawy, the most overrated italian, he hardly deserves a call-up not even mention of starting, don't remember the last time he beat his man.
Chiellini as a left back is ridiculous.
Can't guess what would happen in the late spring of 2016 but right now the best possible line-up seems like the one using 4-3-2-1/ 4-3-3
Buffon - Darmian, Barzagli, Bonucci(Chiellini), Antonelli - Marchisio, Verratti, Parolo(Florenzi) - Bonaventura(Insigne), Pelle, Candreva(Florenzi)

i dont think Conte would put Florenzi at RB, i havent watched the last 3-4 Italy games but i cant remember him ever playing there for the NT.
also, forgot Berardi in my team, but not sure who to take out to fit him in
