Balotelli appears to be improving from his injury and could play tomorrow should Prandelli choose to use him. (Via GdS)

Barzagli has a fever and is taking antibiotics. He likely won't play in tomorrow's friendly vs. Luxembourg. (Via GdS)

Italy's team doctor said medically Rossi was fine and he was recovering physically, but it was clear he wasn't in top shape. (Via GdS)

De Rossi in that pic

Prandelli then commented on Mattia Destro’s exclusion from the 23.
“Given the situation [with the attackers], I asked him if he’d be on the stand-by list, and he said he’d think about it."

......

You have to be a special type of person to deny an opportunity like that, especially at such a young age. What an arrogant fuck if that's true.

I hope Prandelli never calls him up again.

"I'll think about it." :sergio:

What the fuck is wrong with supporting the Italian national FOOTBALL team if you are not italian? People you are crazy. Chill this is football not a world war.
You're right

I should be able to support Georgia if I wanted despite my nationality or country of residence

I love how Prandelli has dropped the whole nice guy act the past few weeks. He's ruthless as fuck.

First with Criscito, now dropping bombs on Rossi and Destro. I like it. We need a bit of a tough motherfucker at this WC, no room for weakness or sentimentality.

I like that lineup against Lixemborg. It's officially 4-3-2-1, but could we see Candreva and Marchisio also play almost as wingers in that?

That's what I'm thinking as well. I think we'll see them drift wide at times, especially Candreva.

I want to see Insigne come on as well, throw him on the LW and keep Candreva on the RW or throw on Cerci.
