after Prandelli? I would love Conte but I also don't want him to leave Juve. Can he coach both? :numnum:
Anyway, Someone mentioned Ferrara, that would be a nice choice I believe, young, with young ideas and not stuck in the old ways. Another name I would call is Lippi, give him a 3rd go around, we won the WC with him, the 2nd time was just a bad situation IMO.

FORMATION

........Barzagli..Bonucci..Chellini

Candreva.............................Balzaretti
..............DeRossi...Montolivo
.......................Pirlo
...........Balotelli.......Insigne

subs/ Motta..Diamante..ElSharawi..Abate.Ogbonna.Giaccherini..Rossi..Veratti

GILARDINO SHOULD NEVER PLAY IN THE NATIONAL TEAM>>EVER AGAIN! if they want to bring in an old timer bring in Totti or DiNatale.

Candreva has been good for the nt the last couple of matches.

ya' he has been. His best game by far on the NT was in the conf cup vs Spain, he drove them totally crazy on that right wing and was unlucky a few times in the 1st half when Italy really had a shot to put the game away early.

Abate and De Sciglio should be the starting full backs.

I respected and liked him as a player but as a coach he was terrible. He simply isn't suited to be one.
He was some what unlucky at Juve, was forced to be given the shit he had, whilst at sampdoria they really showed no patience in him, but the work he did for the u21 NT was fantastic, if i recall correctly i don't think he even suffered a defeat during his time

Why would you put Pirlo as AM?

He took over a 2nd placed Juve that spent big in the summer, used a retarded wingless formation most of the time, couldn't get out of CL group stage and got himself deservedly sacked after some of the worst Juve displays I've ever seen. I didn't follow him much at Sampdoria, but he did put together like 6 or 7 game losing streak before getting sacked, sounds pretty patient to me.
I loved him as a player, but honestly, I think our Italian guys deserve a better coach.

When Conte finishes with us (which is inevitable) and has his little stint in the EPL or whatever, id LOVE to see him coach Italy. Ancelotti would be another brilliant choice, and I can see him actually coaching the NT in another 4-5 years time.

aparently Insinge will be in the starting 11 instead of Ghiaccerini, per Gazzetta.

Does anyone know if ESPN is showing this game on their streaming WATCH ESPN app? Or is Rai the only one covering it in the USA?

I hope Conte never leaves Juve and becomes like what Ferguson was to Man U. Angelotti for NT coach YES! I think he would be on a very very short exclusive list of potential coaches that would actually be able to win a WC, he's just that good, much like Lippi did when he took over, I knew they would do great with him and with Carlo it would be a similar feeling.

Oh, I want Conte to stay with us for another 20 years as well, but it just isn't gonna happen. He'll be gone in a few years. He will coach the NT one day, it would be pretty awesome to see how he goes.
