Maggio over Abate is an obvious choice, far superior player offensively. I imagine midfield might look something like this:

---Montolivo

or Aquilani might actually play in Marchisio's spot, would be interesting to see him in a more advanced role, he's always done well for Nazionale.

Marchisio has been bad the last couple of games for Juve too. Is that Conte's fault aswell?

Yeah, no problem with dropping Marchisio, but if the purpose of 4-3-2-1 is for the '2' to be extra runners into the area, constantly moving, then Aquilani is one of the worst for that. Diamanti would def be the better choice.

i'm very sorry, as i dont like to bash on coaches and boardmembers, as they are much better at this then me.

But... I just cant help myself keeping to think that prandelli is fantastic in getting his tactics wrong half the time.
