once again Italy will struggle because of manager...Trapattoni with not calling Baggio @ WC 2002, different tests by Lippi with Marchisio as trequartista on WC 2010 etc., and now Prandelli is crazy about Montolivo e Cassano as starters and 4312 formation people who are using Cassano as trequartista in their formations are wrong because Cassano will be used as SS in Azzurra

Matri hardly deserves to be called up, and he definitely doesn't deserve to start. He's been quite anonymous over the past few months. Montolivo is shit and shouldn't even be warming the bench, let alone starting, but I guess every coach has a shit player they seem to like/have an obsession with

Tough choice. Buffon or Del Piero. It's really difficult to choose between them, but I guess based on what Buffon has done this season, I'd have to go with him, albeit marginally. Vidal could well become my favorite player one day, but Buffon is someone who has contributed a lot to the team over the years, and I respect that.

In Italy, I'd have to go with Buffon as well (since he is my favorite Juventus player), but since I have to choose a player from another time (not many choices really, since Juve dominate the Azzurri setup), I'm going to go with Cassano.
